Overcrowded, rushed, overcooked, and horrible customer service.. This is what I experienced when I visited yesterday evening. Firstly, the place was jammed packed for whatever reason, I seriously thought they were giving away free food because theres no reason for 100 people to eat at Chipotle at the same time.. But anyway, once I did get to the front of the line they were adding little tiny scraps to both of my burritos which is unacceptable! Im a grown man and I love to eat.. The chicken was highly overcooked and burned.. I felt rushed though the whole line.. Then when I was trying to pay for my food the little girl at the register was talking to everyone except me, which was very annoying. It was an extremely bad experience. I love Chipotle but I would never visit this one in particular ever again.

The counter/serving area was dirty, the floors were dirty, and the doors in and out were filthy, like they werent cleaned in days. The reason for my poor rating is that the food was bland!! You can tell the cooks didnt follow the original recipes, no seasoning at all. I got a burrito bowl, brown rice, half chicken, half steak, pico de gallo, sour creme and cheese. Ive never has regrets about eating at a Chipotle and there is a first for everything. Very disappointing, my lunch and excitement for Chipotle was ruined.

I love Chipotle, I have been in most of them on Long Island, and unfortunately my experience in this specific store wasnt the best. Everything was bland, the beans, rice, and even the meat. Its still Chipotle of course, but they need to improve the flavor to reach the level of other stores on the island. On top of that the table we sat was filth, with rests of food, and we had to clean it up ourselves. If I go back there in the near future and notice any enhancements I will retract this review and write a new one.

Im still waiting in line. The workers here are nonchalant about taking care of the customers and knocking down this long line. I gave it three stars because I love chipotle, but dont expect the same speedy service here as you get from other chipotles. There are some workers just roaming around the store not even attempting to look busy. Very sad

Very good food! Ethically sourced. Restaurant is clean. Service is fast. Food always tastes fresh. My personal favorite is the chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese, & lettuce. Guacamole costs extra - but its worth it. Its delicious! If youre in the area and you need a quick bite, try it!

At first when you walk in theres a bit of a wait to start, but dont be dettered as the line moved quickly and youll be ordering before you know it. The staff is friendly and efficient and can always accommodate any minor requests I have. The food is phenomenal and the guac is my favorite. Keep it up Farmingdale Chipotle!

Love this place! Go often for lunch with a good friend of mine. We love to sit and chat. Line is always long but it goes quickly!! Sometimes hard to find seats but its because the food is always fresh and people are friendly, ofcourse Its always packed!! Def worth a visit.!.

Great Chipotle, come here at least once a month and they are always, stocked with all the options, the staff has smiles on their faces and the food is fresh. In addition when it is peak times they are always staffed properly and the line moves quickly!

They move quick here. I order from my phone all the time and everything is ready in 15 minutes. The lines are usually long so ordering in advance will save a lot of time. Parking is usually rough during lunch so plan for that.
