I thought this would taste like your standard burger place but the meat was terrible. I thought it would be chargrilled but it was gray meat. Absolutely disgusting. The bun is even worse. I picked it up and it was a soggy mess. Why cant all of these burger places use good kaiser rolls or restaurant type buns????? What is with these cheap supermarket packaged rolls. They ruin the burger. The ketchup wasnt even heinz. This was the first red flag. Any restaurant that isnt using Heinz has serious problems. Unless you are so good that you have your own recipe, please, stop cheaping out and using non heinz ketchup. Its totally noticeable. Milkshake was nothing to write home about at all. Overall, I thought the place was really bad.

Spicy Baja smashburger was awful. Guacamole was under salted, only 4 jalapeños on a JALAPENO burger! And next to no sauce. Order fried pickles as a side and they were absolutely way too salty and next to no ranch provided for them. Spinach and goat grilled chicken didnt have enough balsamic and the chicken was a sad uber thin piece of chicken. Was ordered with a side of cheese fries and Im not sure how you could call them cheese fries. Half the cheese wasnt melted and what was was minimal, nor were they fresh and lacking flavor! Will never come back!

This was the worst experience, all tables were dirty, the food was extremely salty and the staff was horrible....when I asked for a milkshake I was told by the cashier "I didnt want to hear that"....I said, "why?" He said," I dont feel like making it". I ordered it anyway, a few minutes later while I waited at the counter being ignored by the two employees behind the counter, I asked for a knife and fork and was told, "they had no knives but I could have a fork". NEVER AGAIN will I go to Smash Burger

The Burgers and grilled chicken are both excellent. Their French fries and onion straws are also excellent and go down too easy. You blink and youve eaten half the tray. It can be a little loud during the busy times and sometimes finding a seat is a chore, but at least you know the food is going to be the freshest. Another downside is the wait can be a little long for a "fast" food joint. The upside for this location is the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Smash sauce is just mustard and ketchup. 1 strip of microwaved bacon on a thin patty. Didnt ask how I wanted the burger cooked. Burger came out in 3 minutes in a crowded restaurant. I get concerned if the food comes out too fast. If your burger is done in 3 minutes during rush hour, they reheated it.

every table was Messy and umcept had a faul odor floor was not kept up with all day this is unacceptable I go to the smashburger 2 to 3 times a week in Manhattan that is app busy the line is out the door but they keep up with the cleanliness

Just had the most awful experience by the manager John, who cursed at my husband!! How dare you?! All because he asked which line to stand on. Then we are missing 3 drinks, had 2 burgers made wrong, and missing one side. Never going back.

Smashburger is the best step-above-fast-food burger joint in my opinion. The burgers taste great... meat, buns, cheese, other add-ons. You have to try the Smash Fries seasoned French fries!
