I live in the area Ive been going to this location since it opened. Today my husband had the worst experience they have a whole new crew. He went to get us burgers it took them an hour to make two burgers and fries. Well the fries were done and just sitting on the counter the burgers werent even close to being done that they had to give us new fries. My husband had asked the girl working there if our food was ready since it was 45 minutes she said its coming out soon. Finally when the burgers were ready they threw one of the burgers on the counter that all the guacamole was out of the burger and it was just was a complete mess. When he said he just throws my burger like that and showed the manager what a mess the burger looked in the container she just said sorry. We will never go back there again. While he was waiting another customer asked for a fork and she said we are out of forks when the guys wife ordered a salad. They also had no bacon. It seems like that place is going down the drain. We use to go all the time and with this new crew I wouldnt be surprised if this location looses business. Not that we were looking for anything but the lack of care for taking their time and just throwing our burger on the counter you would think they would offer something to make the situation better.. NEVER EVER GOING BACK WHICH IS SAD WE LIVE RIGHT AROUND THE BLOCK... they should have never got rid of the old crew this new crew is horrible

Have been to multiple other Smashburgers and they were always fantastic. When the opening weekend and everything was great but since then I have been twice and it was awful. The employees are fine, always nice and courteous so its not there fault but theres never more then 1-2 of them and they seem to be having to rush back and forth between cleaning the dining room and being the only person to take orders. There is always some sort of "managment" person why sits at a table in the lobby all the way far left from the entrance closest to the bathrooms. I dont know if they arent provided an office or what it just seems that someone is always sitting there. The real reason I will not be back to this Smashburger the food is awful now. The burgers and ingredients do not taste good, I gave this place a 2nd chance two weeks ago after waiting a few months figured maybe it was just growing pains but still same poor quality, which is so strange because in the other Smashburger Ive been in, always great food. Save your money theres plenty of burger places around this location or if you are willing to drive, try an different Smashburger

Not bad but not fantastic. I tried a mushroom swiss grilled chicken sandwich, chili cheese dog, bbq bacon burger of some sort my wife got, fries and fried onions.The tiny shoestring fries are good but eat them first as they are not so tasty after 15 minutes or so. The fried onions were limp and not crunchy. The mayo tasted like oil and not mayo. The chicken was thin and bland. Mushrooms and cheese were good. The burger was ok but bacon was saltier than bacon I usually eat. The buns were tasty. They only have vanilla ice cream so do not order a chocolate shake or you will be drinking syrup. They do have stewarts drinks and beer. The place was clean and the kids working there were polite. I saw no adults. This was my first visit. I may return if I am in the area and hungry but will not go out of my way to get there. The prices were comparable to American Roadside and Five Guys however I prefer either of those.

Placed a takeout order including a shake. Got food, no shake. Asked for shake, server proceeded to make at least half dozen shakes for eating in customers and deliver them to the tables when I stood there with my dinner getting cold. Finally had to ask another server to make my shake. To top if off, the side salad I ordered without onions s h owed up with onions. Of course, I didnt find this out until I got home. Since I am allergic to onions, the salad wound up in the trash.

First time here, service was quick and nice. The cashier even saved us $8 with a coupon and she didnt even need to, that was super nice of her. The food: Spicy Jalapeno Baja, this burger packed a bite. The bun was flavorful, wasnt overly greasy but there was some grease drippings. The chipotle sauce wasnt really necessary because of the jalapenos and the bun. Overall, i would eat it again over any fast-food place, but i wouldnt choose it over my local burger place.

Sooo good! Smashburger is one of our favorite places to eat! Its gluten free friendly, clean and had great service. Weve had it dozens of times and have never had a complaint. One note, if you order online for pickup, check your order before leaving. Ive forgotten to check and if theres more than one bag of food, or if you order shakes, they sometimes forget to give you everything. Other than that, its awesome!

Smash Burger makes a good quality burger which is differentiated from all the other burger joints in the way they are cooked and the combinations of buns and toppings. I also think their chicken sandwich/burgers , grilled and crispy, are both tender, juicy, and delicious. I do not like their straw fries, however the sweet potato fries are better but not exceptional.

Best. Burger. Ever. It was really good food. Im not complaining about the burger. The only problem is the service. I ordered a American smash. They give me a classic smash. I was confused when the guy said a cheeseburger. Instead of making it over, they just gave me ketchup, pickles and onions. Its good that they didnt roll their eyes and scoff like McDonalds.

Food was good but they sent seasoned fries instead of regular like I ordered. Also I know Haggen Daz chocolate ice cream and the Chocolate shake I ordered tasted like they used vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. If you know Haggen Daz chocolate you know the taste and that sure wasnt it. Dinner for four was really expensive. I would take be going back.

Phenomenal burgers and fries! Great shakes as well. The menus are a little inconsistent from location to location, but they do let you do a lot of customization, so that helps make up for it. Everything is cooked to perfection and the service is great. Fast food doesnt have to be bland and uninspired, as Smashburger clearly proves.

The onion rings & french fries were so soggy I couldnt even eat them. My burger was half cooked and the people who work here have nasty attitudes then on top of everything else I caught strep throat here and I never had it before in my life so I know it had to be this nasty place.

Decent food at ok prices. Its closer to 5 guys than it is to any other chains. Can get a side of fried pickles for $3. For cheaper, All American is better with fewer options. For meatier burgers, Bobbys Burger Palace has a better, juicier burger for a higher price.
