After ordering my dish, I just sat at the bar and flipped their menu to see what else they have. John B., the man with massy hair who was greeting customer with a straight face at the door, suddenly came to me, grabbed the manual off my hand, and ordered me:" You can not sit here. You should sit over there." He pointed the chairs at the door. I was very surprised, standing up from my seat and didnt know what he meant by asking me to sit where there is no tables. He then said:" This is for dine-in only. Sit over there for take-out." I was very angry:" I am eating here!" He looked at me, then without saying anything just turned around unhappily with the menu. From the time I came in, I didnt say anything about take-out. And even if I did, it was NOT OK to kick a customer off the table like that (there was no people sitting at the bar at that time, and I was not taking seat from other customers). When he found he made a mistake, he surprised me again with no apologies. I have been to restaurants so many times. This is the first time being kicked off the table so rudely. The worst experience ever.

Came with two friends on a busy night once and was seated at a tiny table meant for two. It was so crammed that all three of us couldnt open our menus at the same time. There was a both open that could have seated us comfortably but I figured they were reserving it for larger parties. Ten minutes later we see two guys get seated in the booth. After 30 minutes of waiting to meet our server we watched as the two guys in the booth (seated ten minutes after us) placed their orders first. We gave it another 10 minutes but still no server. Waited 30 minutes to be seated, waited 30 minutes for our server that never showed. Walked out and never went back.

Step through the doors and youre transported back to the 1950s! In fact, I believe my Jeep just turned into a 57 Bel Air!! :-) Good, wholesome family fun! Cheeseburgers! Hot dogs! Grilled cheese! French fries! Onion rings! And of course... Thick, delicious milk shakes!! (Shake of the month is a candy shake with M&Ms.) The kids menu is terrific. Grilled cheese with fries and kids shake is just a few dollars. Kids get a JR hat and crayons so they can personalize it. The staff (Rocketeers) sing and dance along with the 50s music thats playing. Great place for lunch with your kids! Great for big kids too. ;-)

Food server Michelle was so nice she makes sure every thing we want was there and always checks on you from time to time. She is really nice and offers a fries refill. I ordered the original burger and noticed something different now, the burger patty seems to be smaller in portion compared to how it was before... :(

Johnny Rockets has the best food, milkshakes to die for, and the most wonderful people! Everyone there is so wonderful and the food is always great whenever I go there. If anybody who works there is reading this, its the dunderhead that forgot his wallet in the car because it fell out of his backpack! :D

A bit shocked by the negative reviews. I went here to celebrate a birthday a few months ago and everything was awesome! Burgers were delicious, the shake portions were large (you get a glass cup along with a tin one with additional milkshake), and the onion rings were to die for, like always!

Food is delicious. Service usually leaves a bit to be desired. It depends when you go. If theyre super-busy the service is usually better. Go figure. Everyone is nice & youre usually seated pretty quickly.

Horrible customer service. Place mats were dirty. Server name was LIzz..never came to check up on us. Asked for refill for soda she came back 10mins later. Wont come back here ever again!!!

Tasted good till.. the cook used his spatula to flip the burgers scrape out grease trays reflip burger then take out the garbage then sweep then re flip the burgers

They have a wide variety of burgers and toppings. The malts are delicious, and they are even conscious of people with allergies, such as peanuts/tree nuts.
