The place needs a good cleaning throughout. Just visited for the second time and while I thought the club chicken sandwich was very good, the place is still filthy. I didnt realize how dirty it still is until after I had placed my order. You could see the kitchen from where you order and it did not look that bad. I realized it was still filthy when I went to fill up a drink and noticed the soda machine looked as though it was never cleaned-like since it was first hooked up. The drink case where they have a paltry selection of bottled drinks was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was pretty filthy. I dont understand this type of neglect. Why not just buy a couple of bottles of clorox cleanup and spray away after closing time? Im never returning because I fear I may get sick. OWNERS: CLEAN THE PLACE!!!

I used to LOVE this place, made sure i ordered it every time i was in the area, but over the last year or so it has drastically gone down. Now they dont even have most items on the menu, and some of which have not been replenished for over a year straight. Quite a shame!! Even the employees feel things have gone downhill & understand peoples frustrations when they get yelled at. One employee said they have not had the veggie burgers the entire time he has worked there, almost 3 years!! If you are no longer going to stock the item why not remove it from the menu? It was one thing when they used to run out of things late in the evening, that shows good business, but not to even have the ability to make thier top selling items? Thats a very bad sign!

Good food...make that GREAT food...but it would be nice if they could get the order right. I can honestly say they have forgotten something the last three times we ordered. Last time they forgot something they refused to re-deliver because they were too busy. I was promised a gift card in the mail instead...which never came. Would order again but Ill probably pick it up

Do not get food from here. The burgers had no flavor, just a slab of meat on a greasy bun. The bacon was mostly fat. The fries were soggy. The salad ingredients were not fresh and they forgot to give the dressing! They also didnt give me the right burger. I ordered kids sliders for my son and got a regular cheeseburger. I would give it zero stars if I could.

The prices were outrageous, they delivered the wrong food, I have been for an hour and still have not received the correct order, food not cooked properly, the milkshake was super watery. I will nevr order from them again! UPDATE: ok so they told me 3 hours he would come back with the missing drink, Im still waiting! Horrible service!

Walked in for lunch. Was told they didnt have beef, black bean or veggie patties. Dirty & dim lighting. Soda cases unplugged and empty. I almost walked out as soon as I walked in, but once he told me they literally had almost nothing to serve, I walked out. Would not try again.

Nicely appointed, but not fancy. Good, comfortable food, with lower cholesterol options that are just as good as the house specialty (grease dripping burgers.) A great selection of toppings. Chicken sandwiches. Turkey and Veggie burgers. Sweet Potato fries. Salads and wraps.

The food is always excellent, especially the zucchini sticks. I recently made the mistake of getting my order delivered, took a little under two hours for my food to make the five minute journey to my house. Go eat there just dont get it delivered.
