We hit this place up from time to time. Ill get a couple of whilte castles and my son will get his chicken rings. The folks behind the counter have been changing over quite a bit recently. There was a period of time where you could barely put in an order because they couldnt speak English, then there were these kinda freaky children of the corn looking people with blank stares that made you want to run out of the store...now it looks like they got normal people there again. lol Regardless, the food is pretty consistent

AVOID THE DRIVE-THRU AT ALL COSTS! I like the sliders, and here they make them the same as at most other WCs, so thats why I gave it 2 stars. However, the service on the drive-thru line is absolutely atrocious -- if there was a separate rating for service it would get a 0. Sometimes you wait forever for someone to even take your order, other times you wait forever for your food. This is even when theres no one else on the drive-thru line! The place seems severely understaffed

The White Castle locations near me had all closed, so while out shopping, I had to stop in. Tbe same amazing "belly bombers" and the chicken and smoothies are great, too! I wish I had one closer! The only downside is the prices are high considering the amount of food, especially compared to other fast food places.

This place is good, and I like the staff and the food. Unfortunately, I can only assume because theyre placed next to that disgusting Commack Motor Inn and there are some bars in the area its not the best place to go late at night, even though its open 24/7.

Great food. The drive thru is pretty cool at this location. Never been to a fast food joint that had a drive thru like this place. The only downfall to this place is right next door is some prostitute crack motel so you may get some degenerates coming in.

Place was dirty tables had food, sauces, and salt all over like they hadnt been cleaned for hours service was slow!! Wasnt a very good experience food greasy as hell definitely wouldnt go here again food gave me a stomach ache from hell.......

Slidders they taste soo good. Whitye castel is like the center of my life. I can not stop spending money there and eating their slidders. Their so juicy and delisious. I think i will open a franchise to get into their really good business.

It has been 14 years since Ive had White Castle and was worth the wait. The food was awesome and the selection has grown. The staff was friendly and helpful and service was excellent. I cant wait to go back again.

Consistency is key here, and this particular location is excellent. Always fresh and tasty, never bland. Served with smiles and a positive attitude, no bitterness. Clean and accommodating makes it a party.

Great food, but THE most awful drive-thru setup ever: you put your payment in cup, it motors up & over your vehicle to the window on your RIGHT, and the food & change return by same. Whats that all about?
