Horrible experience. The staff member named Roberto was such a COWARD he walked away as an issue was being addressed. Furthermore, when the matter was brought to the "GM" Maureen, she said I "knew nothing about the restaurant industry". Literally, disrespected me by saying I know nothing about the restaurant business without even knowing me or hearing my complaint. This place needs a serious adjustment in management and best believe, Im going to corporate.

None of the food was heated up. Not the burger, hot dog, o rings, pie, or mozzarella sticks. The cheese on the burger looked like it was just taken out of wrapper, not in the least bit melted. I only live a block away. Ill stick with McDs across the street. Their food is served hot.

Store # 20327 receipt # 51-drive thru asked for one sandwich-whopper with cheese NO ONION or TOMATO and one large fry - cant believe you got it wrong, it was ONE sandwich give me a break, and the employees want $ 15.00 per hour, they do not deserve the 9.00
