Our second time here . 1st time was due to not wanting to wait 30-40 minutes at a restaurant. We didnt know what to order.the manger and young lady at counter explained the menu. My husband and I were impressed with the people skills , very welcoming and they new their products well. What we got, a single burger with an egg , I got the same with onions and mushrooms, regular fries, soda & chocolate milk shake. We have gone to other places that put fried eggs on burgers that are not properly cooked. Burgerfi makes the egg white cooked to perfection with a runny yolk that has endless Options as a dipping sauce! The chocolate shake....... heaven! My husband runs a company and is always impressed when we see someone outstanding in their work. We watched the manager greet people as they came up to the counter and also went from table to table asking customers how everything was and if there was anything they needed. We finally asked the manager his name, Pierre and the young lady staff Jasmine. We told them how we enjoyed the food and very impressed with the whole staffs impeccable work skills. Then, Pierre said ,"We are here to make the customer happy because if it wasnt for them I wouldnt have a job." I felt he was being sincere and appreciative. . Commack BurgerFi has taken customer service of the usual Burger place to a high quality level. The service is excellent and the food is well made, healthier in this nouveau fast food establishment.

Burgers are a dime a dozen these days, but burgerfi is something special. Although I am a big fan of several of their burgers, the breakfast all day burger is a revalation. It has ruined burgers for me and now I can only have a burger w a fried egg on it. Although a bit pricey, you definitely get what you pay for as the quality is incomparable in my opinion. Really loving this new Commack location which is on my way home from work and not as out of the way as Woodbury for me. Super clean and the staff is tremendous...oh yeah, and dont forget the onion rings. THE BEST!!! This is not fast food, if you are expecting something ready for you before you can finish speaking your order this isnt your spot. If you want a burger that you will day dream about later in the week...this is your spot.

5/17 update Our second time here and was just as good. Place was clean and friendly on Saturday lunch service. These days you have to expect to pay for this kind quality/service. I would like to give 5 stars.... h/e i havent tried their dogs yet... and looking forward to my next visit! 3/17 All in all a good spot for a quick burger. Fries were great too - beer hit the spot. Unlike other reviews - we had fast service and the place was clean.... for lunch on Saturday Id say thats pretty good indication of what to expect. Way better than Shake Shack. Cant wait to eat here again.

I normally go since its close to my job, but the last time I went I ordered my food to go, took a seat and waited 30 minutes. Once I saw how much time has passed and saw that people were coming in after me and leaving before me, I knew I had to say something. I saw my bag on the back counter, and I guess it was sitting there and no one even bother to look at the name on the receipt. They apologized to me and offered a drink, but I turned it down and dont think I will go back again.

New trendy burger joint. Unfortunately, the building was the nicest part of my experience. The wait for the food was a little too long considering there was minimal other customers at the time. This was made worse by receiving a generic, subpar burger and fries. The cost and wait did not justify the food. I do not recommend this when smash burger is a mile down the road...heck, I would even say to give white Castle a run before here.

Literally the only thing I can complain about is the onion rings. Flavor of the batter is very good, but thats all you taste. Otherwise everything from the cleanliness to the staff to the burgers (and lets forget the amazing parm and garlic aiolo fries!) Were amazing. Nice but small collection of craft beer and wine on tap . Heres to hoping they last!

Great food. amazing service. Kids loved it, we loved it, we will definitely be coming back many times. I especially loved the burger with the fried egg on top and my husband LOVED the CEO burger, they have an option of lettuce instead of bun and even gave us free custard Ice Cream. Love this place

Hands down best beef out there. I used to be 5 guys fan but it just taste blunt compared to 5 guys. Its the Angus beef. These are close to Zinburger. Bun is a potato but making much better than zinburger. Burgers are great, fries are done well unlike 5 guys Im used to. Best burgers ever !

Im a truck driver and what that means is I eat on the road everyday and my appetite is quite diverse But when it comes to all these burger joints that keep popping up Ive tried them all And this place) blows them all away.NO HYPE so if you get a chance call my bluff, stop by and indulge ok!

WAY too expensive. Quite ridiculous actually. About $10-$15 for just a burger, nothing else. Then another $4+ just to add fries, then the price of a drink on top of that. You are looking at $20 for a burger and fries for one person. Stay away, its a rip off.

Priced as if your eating at a theme park, also very small portions had to go to a second restaurant for a real meal. Veggie burgers are not vegan friendly; they are loaded with cheese. Will never eat here again. McDonalds type crowd would be lovin it here.

Great energy and food! Definitely recommend the CO burger with its double-wagyu and brisket patties and bacon jam, onions rings that are big enough to be worn around your wrist, hand-cut fries and delicious custard deserts. You simply cant go wrong!

Place looks nice and kind of funcy, but the burger was really terrible, they charge $6 for a beer and service in plastic cup. I can name hundreds other burger places on Long Islind where you can get nice burger.

Not what I expected. Stand in line and order food like a McDonalds, only they have beer and wine. Food we had was great. There are outside tables in a fenced in area if you like to eat outside on a nice day.

Great food. Great staff!! The wait time is atrocious. They dont accept online or phone orders which is so stupid. I work an hour away from home the last thing I want is to wait 45 mins to pick up an order.

Excellent from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out. The quality of food is amazing but its a little hard on the wallet other then that ugh its where you should eat a burger and fries
