If you asked me yesterday I would have given 5 stars. I was in the area and my first visit to a NY Red Robin very positive. The service was great and the food was amazing. My family was excited to hear a Red Robin opened in NY. We had only be to the one in PA when away on holiday. Today we came in and the greeter was on a tablet, but took his attention away to say he would put together a table. We asked for a booth which was visible from the greeter booth. He said he couldnt seat us there due to lack of servers. I asked if he could request a server pick up the table. He got the manager and said he didnt know what to do with us. The manager said he could not seat my family in a booth due to short servers. The restaurant had more open tables than seated. I asked if a server could please pick up a table in another section. To get a response that...let me put it this way, after traveling 40 minutes from out East we left. As a person who has worked in several chain and private restaurants, I was floored.

IMHO, a way better value than the trendy burger places popping up. All burgers come with endless fries. Soda refills are free. $5 endless root beer floats is a bargain. Red Robin obviously tries harder, RESPECT. Go cheap or ultra- premium on burgers and still enjoy a great meal! Servers vary, as should be expected. For best service, always sit at the bar, if you can, and dont expect to be coddled by your server if you come in at the busiest times of the day, duh. Also, a 1+ hour wait time for seating at 7pm is YOUR fault. Quit whining.

So gross.... like this place isnt that old but has a smell of musty grease and old carpeting. The bathrooms were hellish. Like can anyone managing see the greasy fingerprints all over the glass doors... it wasnt too busy to get that cleaned up pronto! The burger was not great... fish sammy was not great... and the buns were crumbly stale. All this hell was my fault for even considering a joint luke this as we never frequent these type of chain fooderies. Stay out of the doghouse with the wifey... go eat the pizza down the way....

The food is always great but there is a waitress, Alexis, and she is not a good waitress to say the least. Left waiting because she didnt give utencils or napkins. Took a long time to bring desired drink and french fry refills. Wasnt even busy and still waited forever. Also waited long for the bill, which got messed up because she didnt know how to split a check. An all around bad hosting experience this time. Gave it five stars because I know Red Robin is better than this.

I have been coming since they opened at least once a month but usually more. Food and staff have always been good. Well Im not sure if they changed someone in the kitchen but my last three experiences were bad. Food was luke warm. Soup had no chicken in it and again luke warm. Burger was bad as well. Then tonight I get the signature red robin burger and the put 1lb of mayonnaise on the burger. Think this will be my last visit for a while...

Great burgers that are uniquely dressed up. Great shakes and drinks (Poppin purple). Apps are good especially the pretzels and wings. If you are a fan of onion rings they are presented in a tower. Bottomless offering for at least four types garnish. A Family filled atmosphere and you can call for service and check out using the table side tablet.

Surprisingly great food for a chain restaurant. Every kind of burger you could imagine, yummy fries (with free refills!), various other entrees, and lots of drink options. Decent prices and great offers if you join the rewards club. It seems to be doing crazy business since opening too! But the staff all seem capable and are learning well.

I was not happy the food was presented very poorly the condiments were to excessive and the bread was soggy from the sauces the service was okay but took over 20 minutes for food to cone out the fries were very gummy and was way colder than the food the soda was very sweet and after all of that I had to pay for that thanks for nothing

My first trip there was excellent my second trip there I will never go back the waiter forgot about us and we had to keep asking another waiter to find him for us he was so busy socializing with other people. The food was not what we expected and how bad can a burger be really and the order was not delivered as requested

Red Robin, as usual, has great burgers. I tried the turkey burger tonight with sweet potato and garlic fries. Yum. The hostess came over twice, three times to see how we were doing. This was nice. Our waitress was attentive and kind. Please try the doughnuts for dessert. They were warm and came with two sauces. Yum!!!

Amazing! Hands down Best Burger i have ever eaten! The service was even better. Our Bartender Mike was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. On a scale of 1-10 i give Red Robin an 11 and i give Mike a 1000!!! Really, just an awesome guy. We had a great time and will definitely be back.... Thanks Mike!!!

I have ordered large orders from this place multiple times the service here is excellent Ive never had a problem putting through large orders not once have they ever messed an order up and the burgers are exquisite I recommend red robin to everyone I know these people know how to make a burger!!!!!

Horrible service, had to wait over 3 minutes for greeter to come out to seat us, took over 10 minutes to run out drinks, and well off 25 minutes to get food out, place wasnt even crazy busy at the time, I mean food tasted good, but cant forget the service

Every time I come here there is always some issue with the food (asked for well done and get nearly raw, hummus platter with old shriveled dry veggies, etc). Tonight it was salad that was soggy with frozen bits of cucumber in it.

Decent food here, above average. This location seemed to be a bit off; noticed a lot of dust build up in areas that were obvious and the staff seemed to be disingenuous. Cant complain about the food.

I went last Saturday.Service was Good but cooks have to follow directions more.The chocolate shake sucked it just dumped out ice cream it wasnt a shake.Food was alright nothing really fantastic.

Dropped food on floor in kitchen and had to wait 1hr for it. Waitress took another hour to get the check. Never brought fry refills or drinks. Bottomless if you can actually get them...
