Upon entering the establishment we were greeted, seated and waited about 5 minutes for our waitress. When the waitress came over to ask us what drinks we would like we also placed our order for a family order of breadsticks and 2 large pizzas. 45 minutes later our breadsticks arrived...COLD. Because of our late breadsticks our pizzas sat in the back waiting for us to finish our sticks. When we got our pizzas, the order was...you guessed it, WRONG. The icing on the cake was the flying cockroach that just so happened to land on our table. After requesting to speak to the manager, she rudely brushed us off and sent the waitress 15 minutes later to give us the message that she was too busy to see us. On top of all of this the roof was leaking into the dining area, the tables were sticky, the place was just disgusting. The only bright side to the whole situation was our waitress whom was very accommodating.

I had went there for the pizza dipper special. The place was dirty and the waiter was semi friendly. The pizza dipper special was a disappointment. They brought the 4 sauces but the"pizza" was nothing but bread sticks. The waiter said that what it was. Dont call it pizza if its bread sticks.

Had to wait 1 hour to get food. There was only one waitress doing the dine-in and I think they gave more focus to the take-outs/delivery than the dine-in. While it was not crowded, it shouldnt have taken 30-45 minutes just to deliver the appetizers.

I really wish they would have there salad bar! I dont know why they got rid of it in the first place! They have lost a lot of customers I am sure because of it! 4 at least from my family do not go anymore because there is no salad bar!

I hate it that they took out the salad bar. I would go more often if they still had it. It made it easier if I was trying to lose a fee pounds and they always had the sesame seeds too. I wish they would bring it back.

It took an hour and 30 mins to get my food after been told it would take 45 mins then when i got my food it wasnt what i ordered. They never put in the right number of my phone or the number of my house like come on

very light on the toppings we counted like 15 mushrooms on a large pizza hardly any pepperoni and other ones alike very light table service was good almost have to order double toppings to have a good pizza pie

We stood at the Vineyard Drive location for twenty minutes while employees totally ignored us, I even stood there with the menue and ordered online,finally our family walk out , terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I give it a 3 in cleanliness, a 2 in Food Quality, a 2 in Service and the "buffet bar" was terrible and they were very slow in keeping up with it. I wouldnt go back if it was Free.

Mark was fabulous! My address is confusing and he figured it out with a great attitude! My order was so easy for Mark ( guy at Dominos had major problem w/simple veggie pizza)
