Really good food, service quality is drastically different every time I come, even though its never busy, I can sit through a whole dinner without getting a refill on drinks, or I can have fantastic attentive service. Prices could be better, the selection is pretty poor, my brother likes to call it "old people food" Very clean. Lighting could use work, none of the bulbs are the same color temperature, for people like me who care about lighting, its as unsettling as if there is blood smeared on the walls.

Had a meal here last night, an enjoyable experience in every way. We were seated quickly and served efficiently by very friendly and accomodating waitstaff. The restaurant was clean, with a nice atmosphere. The food arrived without a long wait and was very tasty, and portioned so large that I couldnt finish. When the check arrived I was pleasantly surprised, because though the meal was quite large, the price was not. All in all, a great visit, and I will gladly go back.

Very poor customer service when it comes to take out orders. Everytime I order online the get the order screwed up. Last time I was charged twice for an order on my credit card and the food was cold when I picked it up. I ordered banana bread the gave me one tiny slice. It sucks!

This restaurant has friendly waitresses, that have always served me promptly and regularly returned to see if everything was alright or if we needed anything. They make many trips back & forth to my table as I usually have several people with me. Great service always.

My opinion is that the "average" quality of the food does not correlate with "above average" prices. You can go right across the street to the Train Station and get as good or better food for less money. I dont mind at all paying for quality but its average at best.

3 tables occupied and the service was incredibly slow. Waited 5 minutes to get seated, 7 minutes to get waited on, 6 minutes for my drink refilled. Dont come here unless you have a lot of time to kill, the staff was far more interested in closing

I was disappointed with canned gravey, I was thinking hash was chopped up into small pieces not large chunks,. The menu picture implied a larger portion the actual size was much smaller in size in the hash!!

My favorite meals are breakfast anytime. I especially enjoy the quiet time between the breakfast and lunch rush. A pot of coffee, hot breakfast, and free WiFi. What a terrific combination.
