Today was the second time I went to this location and walked out before ordering. The drive thru was backed up and not moving. There was a wait inside. Employees at the front counter and working in the kitchen were incapable of taking orders, writing the correct customer order down or even fulfilling the correct orders. I saw four major mishaps while I was waiting. They gave three orders to the wrong people and one guy was missing multiple items off his order. The employees were extremely lazy and careless. There was no manager or sign of authority. Just the blind leading the blind. I made a decision before ordering and risking the health of my wife and kid to not buy from this place. Im not saying the kids working here arent capable of doing there job but holy cow someone needs to be in charge and give direction... Not to mention make sure everyone is preparing food properly. Lots of hair no hair nets, no gloves. Lots of concerns... SHAPE UP MONROEVILLE. Edit:. Wow didnt read the other reviews. Obviously the word is out that this place sucks. I went here once before 2 years ago before a med class. Same experience... So why doesnt anyone step up and fix it?

I went there with my friend before a movie. We waited about 30 minutes before asking when they thought it was going to be done. I understand 100% that sometimes things just happen which is fine as long as you are nice to the customer they will wait (most of the time). She told me very rudly how it was not her fault and that I just needed to wait. Now I was very nice when I asked her and it did not constitute such a rude response especially because I hadnt even complained about anything not even how 3 customers that walked in after us recieved their food before us. I simply asked if they knew how much longer it was going to be. After her rude response and the employees laughing at it I asked if I could please have my money back because we were late for our movie. She began mumbling under her breath about how annoying people like me are. Then she began to roll her eyes and demand a receipt now I spilled soda on it and certainly was not digging through the trash for it. She continued mumbling things under her breath about us and refused to give me my money back because I didnt have my reciept and the cashier said nothing. So I just left without anything and will never return.

Food is always messed up, line is usually out the door. I ordered extra sour cream on my food, they charged me for it and gave me less sour cream then any other taco bell regularly fives you. So when I told them they said I needed to pay for it again if I wanted anymore. The Managers are rude. The employees are generally nice. But the management is hored and rude and lines are always super long. Plus it takes forever to get your order. I remember when I first moved up here there was a guy in line that waited 25 mins for 2 soft tacos and there were only 5 people in the store. Said the only reason he didnt leave is because he already paid. This place is a joke.

This is without a doubt the worst run fast food restaurant in Monroeville, PA. They make tacos, which do not take long to make at all. Apparently this location is using some sort of advanced taco making method that requires an hour wait, regardless of time of day. The drive thru line could be one car or wrapped around the building...Youre still waiting a minimum of a half an hour. You could to Mad Mex and El Campesino, sit and eat better tacos a both places and leave, during that time, your order at Taco Bell would still not be ready.

I cant believe I had to wait a half hour in the drive thru line. I feel trapped cause I cant get out of line. Im frustrated as I watch a worker come out and smoke while the line is all the way out the parking lot blocking other cars from moving. Oh, here is a worker driving up, is he late? Wait! He went in and came back out to go back to his car. Now, he is going in.... Finally at the window, my 4 taco supreme should been done, nope. Ill have that right out to you she says....new management needed asap!

Not much to say about the food, its Taco Bell and weve almost all been to one. That said, this one falls short for service. The staff generally mess up your order or dont include things, they dont communicate with each other or customers, they dont call order names when theyre up, and Ive NEVER heard a "sorry" when they mess up a customers order. The only reason to come here is the price point, since theyre not particularly speedy either.

They would rather talk amongst themselves than make orders in a timely fashion. Went all the way to corporate with my complaints and all I got was a "sorry & this wont happen again". Its sad that I have to drive half an hour out of my way just to go to the decent Taco Bell (on McKnight Rd). Its one thing to wait for orders but they also never get my order right.

The worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Consistently poor service. Have waited here upwards of 40 minutes for food even after placing the order online from home for in store pickup. The dining room and drink station is always a mess. Your order will most likely be incorrect and/or cold. Dont bother. Just go to the Chipotle across the street.

I ordered a beef burrito. It barely had any beef. Its a lot of money for a burrito to get mostly a load of refried beans. I like most Taco Bells, but this Monroeville store sucks. Needless to say I got one napkin, 4 packs of mild sauce (I asked for hot sauce) and 0 receipt. Not my first time at this Bell but I know its my LAST.

These guys suck. 2 times i rush out and they close 10-15 min early. Speed out in the moddle of the night for nothing.... I bet they still stay clocked in and throw away and throw away 20 lbs of food at the end of the night. Why dont you say 145 closing not 2. Just too lazy to make one more burrito jesus Christ

This taco bell does not have all the beverages that are offered in the mobile app. They dont always have menu items. You also wait a long time for food no matter what time of the day. You have to remind them to give you hot sauce, and food is always messed up. Have had to go back multiple times

The food is always good at Taco Bell, but service has been unusually slow the past few months, particularly the drive-thru. Also, Im very disappointed that the cell and online apps no longer work for this location. Seems to me this might help correct the slow-service problem.

This location gets very busy inside during lunch so I suggest the drive through. Always check your order though because they tend to forget things. The place has received a bunch of awards that they display so I am guessing this is a good location. Location looks clean inside.
