The famous bowl I ordered was great, the chicken breast meal my husband ordered, not so much. The breast was overcooked and cold and he ended up paying $2 for a tea that should have come with his meal. There were a few flies buzzing around but for the most part the restaurant was clean. It has definitely improved since my last visit before the remodel years ago but it still has a few improvements that need to be made.

Stood at register for 10 minutes NO ONE greeted me nor took my order. Two employees talked to each other while fixing other orders. My boyfriend and I were completely ignored a simple "Ill be with you shortly" would have sufficed however we were ignored and as a result we left. Very disappointed because i really wanted my zinger box...lol

At any fast food restaurant you should check your order before you leave drive thru..i did not check my drink..got a soda but ordered lemonade. This is the slackest KFC in Florence. During lunch time forget..long drive thru lines.. new management,new staff needed besides the ghetto girls
