Absolutely terrible! My husband found a wad of long black hair wrapped around the General Tso Chicken and when we told the manager she apologized and offered to take 15% off our bill but we just wanted to leave. We didnt finish our plates (we were only on the first couple bites of our first plates) and we just right up to leave and she still charged us $20 for eating there. I will never ever go back there.

The food there has progressively gotten worse every time I go there. I swear the crab legs are soaked in dish water to make them soft so its difficult to crack them, and the general tso was like eating a sponge. The shrimp was all dried out like it was from yesterday. After eating there for 3 years, finally I can say Im done with the place !

The food was very bland, and the selection minimal. What really irritated me was one of the workers eating at a table behind me smacking the whole time. If you work in the food profession from any country you should know that smacking is the cringiest thing you could possibly do. There are better "made to order" places around.

If you want to eat buffet in Cortland this is it, but you will probably find it to be very mediocre. The rave reviews from "google user" sound like they may be written by the owners! Dougs Fish Fry is just down the road and its a much better choice.

Was waiting to pick up my friends car from the dealer so we decided to grab lunch! This was the first buffet Ive been to that had a variety of food for a great price!! So wish I lived on Cortland lol service was great as well as the atmosphere!!

Got drink order wrong, had bad selection of food, looked like it was out for the whole day. Bathroom was dirty, womens feminine product was laying in the hallway to the bathroom. Shrimp that was supposed to be on ice was swimming in water.

Always clean, always fresh food, always pleasant, attitudes towards customers. They close at 10pm and still offer to make fresh food at 9:45 for the buffet. On top of everything, the food is excellent.

My favorite place to eat. I adore the crab and the huge variety of sushi. Every chance I get I go to this buffet instead of the one downtown Ithaca mainly because theres a lot more to choose from.

Told me they were a vet so I dropped off my sick cat... And they said it ran away!! BTW chicken wasnt bad, bathrooms are as clean as an old pornstar
