Been going here with our office for a while, twice now there have been roaches on or in food. Once two small germans were on our plate and ran across the buffet. They blamed their pest control company for doing a bad job. Nothing was done about it, and we told them politely and quietly, even gave them the phone number to our exterminator. Today, there was a large dead female german INSIDE the mint ice cream. My son nearly scooped it up, thinking at first that it was a big piece of chocolate! Again, we quietly told them and they tried to blame the ice cream manufacturer. I had a hard enough time eating after the first experience, I will never eat there again.

I brought my 4 year old son here for Mothers Day last year,my 1st bite of food, had a long dark hair baked right into the middle of it, when I told the staff about it they argued that it wasnt from any of them, that the fans blow hair around, I watched them bring this cheesy baked dish out and put it on the buffet. I had put a bite into my mouth and chewed a few times when I noticed the hair in the middle of the bite of food. They did not apologize, only argued that the hair was not baked into the food.

Food wasnt that great alot of the food was sitting in its own juices and cold when they gave us our bill the waitress literally stood over us where I couldnt get out of the booth saying you pay now you pay now practically snatched the money out of my hand and ran to the register with it when I asked for my change she had me told me I had to wait for another woman to give it to me

I dont know whos rating this place, but it is horrible!! Everything on the buffet is well overcooked and the taste is lacking badly. The only chicken I could cut with my fork was the chicken for the sweet and sour, none of the other chicken or pork. The dim sum is like leather. Its awful. The peal and eat shrimp is so overcooked its hard to get the shell.

This place is absolutely disgusting. As I was eating my food I found a long black strain of the hair. When I told the receptionist that the hair in my food was long and black she argued with me. She also stuck her finger into my food and snatch the plate. If you ever want to eat something that doesnt have black hair please try another Chinese restaurant

Worst buffet in lake county, possibly worst buffet in the world. I work nearby and have seen trays of food on the floor by the back door and even if that wasnt the case the food is barely edible. I have a suspicion that some of these reviews are fake because there is no way theyre describing the same place.

The assortment of food is normal standards for a buffet. The bourbon chicken is rather good. There is not a lot of sushi available. I always seem to come back, though, because of the banana pudding! Ive never been to a Chinese buffet who can do a dessert right, and they certainly do.

I like this place, but in all honesty the servers tend to be unfriendly and have a very arrogant seeming attitude. Complaints are disregarded and they will give you a bad attitude. The restaurant is decent, but the help sucks.

My fiancé took my son and I here for dinner and OMG it was so great. The food was awesome and the staff was great. I so would recommend this buffet. Hope to go back soon. :)

Soggy chicken, soggy rice. General chicken should not be watered down and neither should pepper chicken. I asked the cook, this is how they make it. Yuck! !!!!
