This is one of the best buffets in the area. Their sushi options are wonderful and they have good other options. They could have more options to choose from but what Ive eaten there Ive never been let down. Some dishes are a hit and miss at times. I think it depends on whose cooking or how their day is going. When you go around lunch time I promise you the food is phenomenal. Around 8pm or later, thats when you can tell theyve had a long day and you can tell the dishes start to lack flavor. The wait staff is always wonderful and always come around to check on you and clear your table. Its about $22 dollars for two meals w/ water. Not a bad price for how delicious their sushi is and you get unlimited amounts.

The service is bearable. The food truly leaves much to be desired.. way too bland, incredibly salty and bloated me to the moon and back! Im a big eater so its concerning when I cant even finish 2 plates. Would have given 0 stars bc they charged me for full dinner price even tho we started eating at 315 and that time falls into their lunch pricing. Walked out at 340 feeling like death and charged for dinner. This place sucks.

Pretty average as Chinese food goes. The advantage is the price as its really cheap. The sushi is okay, not a huge variety but its fresh and largely tasty. Dont look for more specialty rolls though. Mostly the basic accessible stuff. Service is decent. The workers are fairly friendly and quick enough on refilling drinks. In a pinch, it works pretty good for a quick cheap meal.

If I could give it a 0/5 I would. Typical american-oriental buffet. Literally everything tasted the same. The fried food was all bread no meat. The sushi had no color and was wrapped by a child most likely because it fell apart when I tried to pick it up. I have never written a review before about a restaurant, but with all of these "good" reviews, I had too.

The price is unbeatable! Great sushi! Salt n Pepper chicken is my favorite type of chicken there. I go at least 3xs/mo and Im never disappointed. People leaving negative reviews I am assuming are uptight yuppies who never frequent buffets. As far as Chinese Buffets, this is at the top along with Hokkaido and York. The price is even the same on weekends!

Very great quality food. Clean restaurant and excellent service! Had a hard time finding a con. Prices are really reasonable for a mere 7 dollars for a lunch buffet that includes fresh sushi. bathrooms needed tending to but was very modern and updated. I would definitely choose this restaurant as my asian go-to for now on.

This is not five star food but it is at a price that makes it a five star deal. At $8 (at least so far) you really cant go wrong. The selection is large and the quality is good. I would put it up with Hokkaido for quality. I dont eat animal meat typically so pescetarians, this is a great option.

Good food compared to some other local Chinese buffets and takeout. Decent variety and they have a good bit for younger kids, for example my 4 year old eats the french fries, noodles and plain chicken. Sushi is fresh. Over all good experience every time I am there which is about once a month.

The service was very good. The sushi is really the only reason I would come back. The rest of the food wasnt anything special, very mediocre, and most of it was pretty bland. The 3 stars are basically for the sushi, staff, and price. Id say its worth the $9 but not a penny more.

The buffet is pretty good, though not "great." The Chinese food isnt as good as some of the better Chinese restaurants, but theres a very large selection of different dishes. As well as sushi and Chinese food, theres also a decent selection of non-asian dishes.

Tonight, Monday evening, will be the 2nd and last time I eat there. Cold and Tastless would be the words I would use to describe the food tonight. The last time I ate there on a Saturday evening and it was actually pretty good. Bummer it cant be consistant.

Affordable Chinese buffet in Pittsburgh Mills shopping center. Their foods are just ok in general but considering their price its just worth paying and convenient. I enjoyed dumplings a lot. They also have some tables with nice bench seats .

TJ Buffet is my 2nd favorite Chinese Buffet in the area. Ive never had a bad experience here, being going since it opened. Its the best Hibachi around, and the sushi is very good as well. Everything else on the menu has also been very good.

The food here is really gross. It sits out for hours and gets really cold! Definitely doesnt have a quality Chinese food taste. The service is pretty bad. The only good thing about this place is the sushi buffet. The price is alright though.

Do not come here the food is the worse Ive ever had and when u ask people. It to swear in there the owner just looks at ur like ur dumb ! Please do not take ur kids there ! Btw health department was called and I hope they test the chicken !

The best Chinese buffet that I have found in Pittsburgh. All food was hot which can be hard to find in some Chinese buffets. All servers were very friendly and restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend!

Average sushi, but the hot meals were surprisingly good. Better than Hokkaido or Tokyo Buffet, and half the cost. No crab legs, but I didnt miss them. Id come back for sure.
