This place is a total rip off. First off, once they seat you they dont give you any menus, so you dont know the price of anything and there is nothing with the buffet feast price anywhere to be found. Well just so you know its $39.95 per adult and $16.95 for a child. Second, when you first sit down youll notice the decor is completely plain and in fact the restaurant is actually located inside a Comfort inn in the back corner. Its most likely that this is the daytime continental breakfast dinning area. Third If you wanted the prime rib they claim they have, good Luck!!, you have to ask them for it because its " cooked to order", so if you didnt know its available youd would never know to ask them for it, but that really doesnt matter anyway because its not really prime rib in the first place. The meat they are passing off for prime rib is from some part of the cow ( I think its cow ), and was the thinest, tasteless, over cooked piece of meat ever ate. Ive had better meat from a can, so like i said your not really missing anything. Forth, the buffet itself has very, very limited selections of other food, mostly seafood consisting of shell fish and as they claim Lobster and Crab Legs, so if youre looking for a large buffet full of a large variety of food, look some where else. Fifth, the lobster was very tough and leathery, tough enough to beat the crap out of your stomach, if you ate more than one lobster. The one tail my wife started to eat had some red stuff in the center of it, and was totally grossed out, so that was the end of the lobster. Lastly, there was one saving grace for us it was the crab legs, they were very fresh and for all you can eat, large enough to not be wasting time your with, so Ill give a thumbs up on the crab legs. In closing, we will never ever go here again nor recommend this place to anyone, we left feeing sick. Sick from being ripped off because once we were done eating the bill came we were sick from the price. 2 adults and 1 child $130.00 with tip. Do your selves as favor go to the Golden Corral across the street if you want all you can eat. If you want seafood go to Red Lobster and if you want to be ripped off go here.

How in the world this restaurant let a 25 yrs uneducated to be a manager name Carlos, the food is too salty and not too many choices to be called a buffet for the price of $43 per adult. $17 for kids. This guy named Carlos who is the manager of this restaurant who is willing to fight with customer. This is what happened, this is a buffet restaurant means "all you can eat", and I understand sometimes some area will be serve by an employee there, in this case, the lobster section which has to have someone to serve but when I get there no one was there so I took 2 lobsters on my plate but when this guy named Carlos walked out from the kitchen and saw 2 lobsters on my plate instead of say politely and explain to me how it works "lobster has to served by an employee and only 1 each time you would get it" but instead he just took one of the lobster out my plate like i was a child who really greedy and starting showing me the sign written on the glass "caution the food is hot" but no where said "one lobster at a time, so I asked him where is the sign said 1 lobster at a time he said "its our policy" I dont give a damn what his policy is Im the customer and I dont see sign, so he started to fight with me like a little BOY and never apologized for his stupid action. I asked other employees in there who is the manager and they said he is the manager, I will find his owner and ask him/her to show me the policy and see if this guy named Carlos will have to look for another job where he can fight anytime as he wish. I was kind of have this weird feeling when I walked in this restaurant which has only 1 table with customer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE AS IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND THE FOOD IS NOT GOOD AND ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER WHO IS ACTING LIKE A KID "FIGHT WITH CUSTOMER REALLY?" IF THIS POST EVEN HAVE ZERO STAR I WOULD RATE IT ZERO STAR TOO. HORRIBLE PLACE TO HAVE DINNER.

I was recently with a party of 11 people, first time we all have been there. After my girlfriend ordered a salad while waiting, it smelled terrible, taste was a little off, the cheese was bad. We all ordered and 3 people who were there for all you can eat seafood, after the first 2 people came back with tomalley to a lobster, which is a health concern to humans if ate. The manager didnt know what it was and said its normal. He wanted to cancel it and was told he cant. There was hair on another lobster. 1 person didnt get any seafood and asked to cancel his order which manager said he cant. So we all said we decided we didnt want to eat there. We told him we will pay for the soft drinks, 1 hard drink and we have to leave. He told us we all have to pay for our foods since their on the grill. Where was the apology? Where is customer satisfaction? I asked him whos the manager, he said hes the general manager of two restaurants, I asked him who is above him and he wouldnt answer me. He argued with us then finally when someone gave him his credit card and mentioned hes a federal employee and will pursue this later, told all of us he never wants to see any of us again. He didnt charge for anything but ashamed how unprofessional it all happened.

Visiting from out of town and wanted an all u can eat seafood experience. I found this place that says "lobster feast all u can eat". Here are a few of my personal experience on a Sunday evening dinner: The lobsters and king crab legs are placed behind glass cover and there is one waiter standing there serving you. Every time you come up you can get one lobster and one piece of crab. Now and then the waiter walks away and you cannot get lobster or crab during that time. His happens fairly frequently. After about 30 minutes the owner slammed down the check on my table and simply said :"here you go" and walked away. There were still many empty tables at that time. The food choices are fairly limited. The food quality is poor. There were very few guests for a Sunday evening and the dishes tasted old and stale. The lobsters are small and very chewy and tasteless. I felt like I was having chewing gum. Not sure if it is that way or if the lobsters are old. The crabs are so-so. I doubt I would go back there any time soon.

Herbert the manager was awful. I said to him that we came to give him a chance rather then Boston Lobster Feast...he said well dont do us any favors...if u hadnt come someone else else will. They play games with the Linsters..only bringing 2 to 3 at a time out..not wanting people to really have them. You ask for them and they will tell you that it will be 2 to 3 MI uses..yet it takes 10 or more . The wait staff is nice , but the kitchen and cook staff is horrible. I was very kind and they still didnt soften at all. Please go.to The Boston Lobster feast for only 5 dollars mire. The fish is pretty battered..the shrimp is pretty battered, the chicken is pretty battered and processed. Boston Lobster Feast has everything fresh and 5 times as much. We went here on a Groupon..but even.in.a Groupon ,its not worth it at all.!!!!!!!! Horrible...I mean Horrible. Herbert was dirty and the kitchen staff looked as if they came from the field to the kitchen. Not groomed at all. Dont go here...trust me.
