So my 1st time ever here, decided to meet a friend for lunch. As I entered, and waited to be seated, I grabbed (2) business cards and menus, 1 for me and my guest. The hostess immediately said to me, Phone number is on business card. Meaning, you dont need both, well you do if you want the card for your purse, and the menu for your house that includes their take out menu items - that are not on the business card. If you are into only sushi, go here. 1 entire table serves sushi. The other, a combination of actual dishes to choose from and bakery. I am thin, dont eat very much, but thought I was going to starve here, definitely not worth the $8.79 they are charging for both lunch or dinner buffet. The servers took our plates before we had finished eating, unaware if we were going to get any seconds on anything. And brought our bill directly after taking our plates. I do not have the luxury of eating out that often, I was not comfortable here at all. I could now see why the place was not full during lunch hours. I wont be going back there.

Buffett was a rip off. DO NOT EAT HERE! They refuse to put food out after 2:15 pm. Buffet full of empty trays. The ones that did have food had been out a while. No fresh food was brought out the whole time I was there. Saw at least 3 different groups of people leave and walk out because the food looked so bad. Also, saw a group leave and come back to complain. I litterally only had 1 serving of food. I spoke with the manager after having been there an hour waiting for the trays to be changed for new food. It was 2:45 pm. She claimed the kitchen closed at 3pm. I pointed out it was not 3 pm and she said the cooks go home at a certain time. Total B.S. they are open all day. They just didnt want to put out or make more food or wanted to save it for the after work dinner crowd. Disgusting. They even shut off the music and T.Vs at 2:50 pm to try and get people to leave. Yet they still charged close $9 for lunch. Will never eat there again. Never seen so many people walk into a place then walk out unhappy

Beware of the Roast beef watcher! There I was removing a dried up end on the roast beef when all of a sudden out of no where comes this irate chinese lady yelling at me and scolding me about how I was cutting the beef! There is nothing spectacular about this place. The quality of food and the quantity of food is very low vs other Chinese buffets. My waitress was very polite excusing herself every time she removed a dirty plate from our table, but never once did she ask us if we wanted a refill on our drinks. All food at buffet was refilled sparingly as if management didnt expect people to show up. The mens bathroom was HORRENDOUS, one of the stalls had feces left in toilet bowl with toilet paper all over and the other stall someone had urinated all over the toilet seat. If they let their bathrooms get this bad, I can only imagine what their kitchen is like! Will never return!

Wow...Im not quite sure what happened here but our family stopped in over the weekend and noticed what looked to be a new owner, who wasnt friendly at all, standing at the front register. The place was practically deserted with only a few tables occupied and the food was sub-par at best. It seems as though theyve changed many recipes, with nothing tasting as it once did. Even the sushi, which I mostly go there for, and what is usually quite good, was a huge disappointment. Tip to the new owners: Cutting costs equals losing customers. Im pretty sure we wont be going back.

The worst! Very small selection. The food is cold and the place is deserted. Also the dinner prices are too much for such a budget menu. The waitresses are pleasant but the management/owner is petty and argumentative. I was given a 10-15% off card to return at dinner because they closed early at lunch yesterday, I wasnt able to come back because of an appointment. I returned today and was met with attitude, she states that the card expired

When you think Chinese buffet, there is a certain price range, a certain variety of products, that you expect. Mandarin Seafood has a wider variety at a lower price. You want sushi? They have sushi. You want garlic bread or italian sausages beyond the broccoli and chicken? They have that too. You can eat out there once and be sated for the rest of the day. Of course, it doesnt compare to sit-down restaurants, but thats apples and oranges.

We were the only family there for lunch. The staff seemed bord so they hovered over us. The lady at the front desk watched us eat and also watched very closely as we grabbed lunch from the buffet. The lunch selection and the dessert selection were not good. It seemed like we were being rushed out also. I will not be returning. Folks find another buffet.

Came here for Sushi in between classes and had to wait 20 minutes because the sushi bar was completely empty. Once I finally got it, the sushi was so poorly rolled and oddly extremely warm. Definitely will not be coming back and will never recommend. If youre looking for high quality food, this is not the place. I recommend Toko in Streetsboro!!!

Was not very happy with the staff I asked them a few questions and they walked away without answering me. Some of the food was cold I asked if they could bring out some fresh hot food and the gentleman said no. I was hoping to make this my new favorite buffet but I will never go back and I am recommending mm friends and family to do the same.

Garbage!! Rude and arrogant, its a toss up wheater or not youll get someone that understands the language enough to answer questions or get you what you need and even become aggressive and unprofessional and dismissive when they cant understand your request. LASTLY, its a toss up on the quality of the food as well, COMPLETE TRASH!

Best food around hands down as far as buffets go. If you go during peak hours, the tables are kind of hard to navigate. Everyone sort of blends into one gigantic queue, and it takes a while to get through the line, but the food is worth it. And even after the renovations and the increased prices, you still get out under $20.

Terrible customer service. Called to find out if they had hot crab legs, employee said "yes." When we arrived to the restaurant there was only cold. When asked to speak to the manager for clarification, they directed us to three different people...long story short we are never going back. I wouldnt give any stars.

I just left this place and I live about 10-15 minutes away. I swear, that ride back home felt like an eternity. Why? Because I had to pinch it. As I currently sit on this porcelain , I am regretting going there. Beware Folks, if you eat here you will have to gooooooooooo. Hopefully I dont have to call off of work..

The new remodel is great. Not only is the restaurant better looking, the buffet set up is great and they even have a hibachi chef making you hibachi. The food is great and well presented. The workers are very nice and the manager, Candy, is very kind and helpful. Best Chinese and Sushi in Cleveland.
