To all that have posted. No one is ever appreciative of the service that they are provided with. Working in food service is not the easiest job because you cannot please everyone. In case any of you complainers do not realize Ronkonkoma is the only store that has a drive thru so that our customers get their choice Well there is one suggestion for you all who complain....please cook at home. To the one review in regards to the chicken in the warming shams...where would you like the chicken to stay warm after it is cooked? To another review it is too salty or bland well our cook does not put anything in the food that you eat. As you see we do not put salt or pepper on the tables if you even take notice. To another post that is upset that sides are only out for a limited time. That is not the stores fault. You see Boston Market is a corporation not a franchise. We must go by corporation guidelines. Just as the crew needs to put on a smile to the customers sometimes it would be just as nice for the customers to put one on themselves. Boston Market is there to provide a fast track service and believe me it is much healthier then other fast food services out there and by all means not expensive for home style food. So to all you complainers put a SMILE on your face because it is not as easy as you think dealing with customers.

First, there wasnt a clean table in the place. One server was only wearing one glove, another wasnt wearing any gloves (he appeared to be in charge, maybe a manager). The food was OK. I had the new chicken strips. I had to wait 10 for them to be ready. There were moist and crispy but not a lot of flavor without the dipping sauce. The mac-n-cheese tasted like it came from a box. The mixed veggies were the best part.

SUCH A SHAME! I love Boston market but this one located in Ronkonkoma is the worst. The chicken was dry. I asked for another and got another that was also dry. I noticedI they are keeping the cooked chicken in these large warmers, not good for chicken. I love Boston Markets creamed spinach, this locations was horrible! Everything was extremely salty. EITHER CLOSE DOWN OR RETRAIN ON HOW THE FOOD SHOULD BE PREPARED.

Dont even bother. The windows were so dirty you had trouble looking through them, I mean the place looked closed. Saw one worker standing inside so I went through the drive thru. The sign said, "please order by number to make your visit quicker" so I ordered a number 6. Then the cashier asked me what a #6 was. Really? He said it would be easier if I told him so he wouldnt have to look at the menu. What a joke.

This was the worse location! Centereach is delicious every time! The chicken was dry and bland and red potatoes were not cooked all the way.cream spinish was not good, the green beans were over cooked and bland as well! i have gone to this location a fews times to see if it was just the one day but nope every time. Need to retrain the staff! The food is to expencive to be crappy!

When you serving people food server with a smile not a look that said oh boy. Only thing was hot was the chicken. No tray to carry your meal when you have your plate and two other which was a elderly employee need more patient when serving elderly. And only one bath was working so you had to wait for the bath which was only women rest room working. Much improvement for employee.

Completely dishonest location, twice they have shortchanged me on the turkey portion, the double is supposed to be 7 oz. The last time the girl said she was cutting that amount, once again it was exactly 6 oz. They are either doing it deliberately or they think its funny but its wrong.

Ate there two days ago. Got SO sick afterwards. I should have known. The stuffing wasnt hot. Barely warm. It wasnt at a safe holding temperature, and it must have had bacteria in it. SO gross.
