Coney Island Avenue is dotted with many food joints. Some where you can take a date for a romantic night, some where you can party like it was the 90s again, and then you have the places where you go when you KNOW that you just want good food. Its not called Josephs dream burger for nothing here. In terms of what one might seek when in the mood for a proper hamburger, every need is satisfied in this place. Its perfectly proportioned servings hit the spot when really hungry and all the sides and compliments are highly tasteful. I like coming here after a days work to satisfy my compulsion for some meat consumption.

This burger place makes my day. At the end of a long week of studying Orgo I trudge to this haven of burgers and fries to nosh and be uplifted. Let it be known throughout the realms of man the sauces that are offered are an art. I have never been let down, sure it might cost a bit more than your average burger but kosher meat is expensive there is no getting around that. Also this is no average burger. When you take that first bite and the sound of heavenly music descends. It is said that the burgers are so great the gods themselves look upon us mortals in great jealousy!

This establishment has THE worst customer service. I ordered food for delivery and I asked for garlic mayo 10 times during the order because I know they tend to forget it. They showed up on time and after receiving my order I checked the bag and there was no garlic mayo they gave me ketchup. I then called them they refered to me by name so they knew they messed up my order and they hung up on me after putting me on hold. I then called again and they let my call go to voicemail.

Eating here is no DREAM! Its noisy and not the cleanest place to be at. The staff is rude and 75% of the time your order will be incorrect. The cashier will charge more for your food BEWARE. This place is crowded cause the food is mediocre for Kosher. Street parking is difficult, meter parking. Service slow and there is lots of seating. Sometimes the garden area in the back is open.

Waited in line yesterday for about an hour, Food wasnt even close to warm when I got home and threw it all out. Spoke to the rudest manager I have ever met in that restaurant. I asked for keptchup and the workers responded "what would you like me to do about it??" They got city prices for nooooo reason at all... NEVER AGAIN. No wonder they lost their grade letter A.

The food is terrible and pretty much expensive for a fast food place. 1 Double Hamburger, french fries, onion rings and can of sprite is costed me $30. The delivery guy would want to get up to my doors, so I had to get off to the street. It took about an hour to deliver the food. The worst place ever.

Came an hour later. Wouldnt come up to the apartment cause he didnt feel like looking for parking or double-parking. Food was absolutely cold and inedible. Called the delivery guy, he refused to come back and give me a refund. The place itself was just as useless. Never ordering again.

Not cheap for fast food but its filling and tastes quite good. I go here whenever Im in the mood for a nice juicy burger and home fries. Good non-burger options as well (chicken, salad, etc.) One of the best such places around. New owners recently but still just as good.

Burger was so so....not really that good. but the main thing worker specially people who work there,, they are really tooo rude. i gave them order,but cashier was very rude, even he cant delivered me the food front door in the car...!i really had bad experience....!

Food used to be a lot better. I dont know if it was the change in ownership or change in quality but its just not what it used to be. Burgers are like rubber and the fries are always soggy. Very disappointed used to be one of my favorite places to eat

I called for delivery and they put me on hold multiple times for over 10 minutes. Whoever takes orders is arrogant. Food was delivered late and cold as expected. No napkins, no sauce that I asked for, what am I an animal? Never again....

the food was great and was ready fast but the cashier that helped us was pretty rood. i would recommend this restaurant. its good for people all ages they have something for every age. a little bit overpriced for fast food.

Their burgers are great! Service is sometimes in normal speed but sometimes super fast :) It is not quite cheap but one burger is big enough to make you full.
