McKinley and Milestrip subway closed. I wanted a sub. Firehouse subs was across the street. OMG am I glad I went there. I ordered a chicken breast sub for my wife and a beef and barbecue sauce sub for myself. WOW. what an amazing choice. I am blown away. Such a simple concept but these subs turned out so well that I am still floor on how good they turned out. Bless these guys in the future. Keep doing what your doing and make your customers happy. I also called the place to show my appreciation on how good they did. And I am definitely going back to this place.

Incredible meat - loved the first bite so much I bought two more to take home! Friendly crew made it exactly as I asked, not even a taste of the hated onions (which is often not the case even when no onions requested), and they encouraged me to try the MANY sauces - in the little cups provided I got two experiences of tastes Id never have tried if not for their PLETHORA of sauce choices. Completely amazing taste buds experience to NOT BE MISSED! Wish they had one local to me - but Ill be in Hamburg occasionally and will scoop up lunches for a week when there!

Poor Customer Service 8/7/17 1:30 place is expensive but subs usually ok, today not so good, 2 bites and something wasnt right, requested refund,...was told no, because I ate 1/2 of it and about and year ago customers were eating their subs and getting refunds by saying subs were bad and besides mine couldnt be bad "we make every sub" the same way. 5C31CB84-F60C-4C86-B7EC-03A628FABC12.JPG

Would honestly give this place 6 stars if possible. I come here regularly and is by far the best sandwich Ive ever had. The service is so quick it should have a drive thru. The staff are friendly and attentive. Never messed up an order. Expensive but you get what you pay for.
