We called ahead as a party of 14 and we were seated at the time they told us we would be. Our waitress Stephanie was super fast, efficient and attentive and was the start of the experience, especially since the food was mediocre. After ordering our food, it was an excessive wait. I understand we had a party of 14 but the food took almost an hour to come out. The soup came out after a half hour and one of the sides we had ordered with the entree which was cold by the time the food food arrive. Stephanie noticed the side was brought out early and offered a ne one but we did decline because it wasnt that serious. When the meals came out, two of the Jack Daniels burgers were missing the Jack Daniels sauce, one of the Mac and Cheese sides had no cheddar sauce, just dry pasta and crusted melted cheese on top, and the crusted parmesan chicken entrees had a sauce on it that wasnt described in the menu description. One member of our party did not like the sauce and asked for another order of the crusted parmesan chicken just without the sauce on it. By the time they brought out the chicken, every member of our party had already finished eating and when it was brought out, it was a plain, unseasoned, no parmesan, no anything piece of chicken that was really overcooked and very dry. It was almost inedible. The manager offered another replacement but by this point, we were there 2 hours and were ready to leave. Stephanies excellent job was the only thing that salvaged this visit.

Had the worst experience last night. We were a group of 15 and the hostess could not accommodate us. She told us there was not enough servers for our group. They proceeded to give us 3 separate booths that were tight. Then we didnt recieve our utensils until we asked for them. Our waiter seemed to try his best but there were so many mistakes!! We got the endless appetizers and took forever to even recieve the first order! By the time we got our first order of appetizers we didnt even want to put in another order because it took way to long! Once our food was ready the food runners were sending our food to the incorrect tables causing to wait even longer for my food! There was a table of 40 spring breakers that were accommodated and taken care of but our party was spilt up and poorly served! I will never go to Fridays again! Dont recommend to get the Endless Apps because theyll just take forever and cant even take advantage of the potentially good promotion! Chose a different restaurant, maybe Chillis instead of Fridays!

Was there for the ufc ppv the other night. And I dont remember the servers name. He started out pretty good. Better then the server I usually get when I went to brick for the ppvs. But he eventually just ignored the table. Came back maybe 2 or 3 times. Then I put an order in for dessert and I never got it. And a refill for my drink and never got it. Then he left to bartend and didnt check on us for at least an hour. One of my friends had to get up to get his attention. Now i understand it was busy. But to ignore a table for so long is not good service at all

Been there more than once usually everything is mediocre but recently the bar tender yelled "last call please exit Im not going to say it again" when he only said it once. I quickly got my things & went to leave. The proceeded to stare at us insinuating to leave however there was people at the south end & oppsite end of us. Clearly he just wanted us gone which I would wanna go home too but when we werent the only ones there it made it very awkward & unfriendly. Wouldnt recommend the bar at least.

On July 17th 2 bar tenders behind the the bar Sean and danelle were the best bartenders ever. They were fast moving never lost their cool even when thing were busy. They and the rest of the staff were 100% courteous and on point with everything going on. Definitely a great night out and highly recommends coming out on a Monday night to see Sean and Danielle and rest of the staff serve up the drinks and serve everybody here.

Dinner and waitress were wonderful. On our bill it said that a 15% tip on a $30 check was $11 dollars! Thankfully Im smart enough to know that is incorrect, however Im a waitress myself and trying to scam people to tip more is just wrong. I tipped more because she was a wonderful waitress but the fact that our check literally lied to us and probably other costumers as well really ruined the experience!

I had a good experience during the lunch time so I told my husband lets go there Friday night...big mistake waitress was slow and rude getting food even lied to me and rolled her eyes at us...it got worse when the manager told me I didnt wait 1/2 hour for my food ( pretty much I was lying) and that I was only there 1 hour..bad staffing in toms river hooper ave not good not at night rude and mean

Picking up take out here can be a nightmare, and since the food isnt that great anyway, Id recommend Chilis down the road for that. Some Fridays restaurants I like, or more properly, the bars. For example, the ones in Eatontown and Freehold seem to have some life and character. Ive never cared for this one; its very sterile somehow, and I dont mean because its clean.

Everytime i come to TGIF in toms river theres a problem. Take to long for service. Burnt appeziters. You guys wont get any stars...but i had to put one to just post. I asked one time to change channel to TNT one day. They said they cant do it its a sports bar. Well im in here we watching friends channel 11....REALLY LOL Oh waiter nice...theres your one star...

My wife and I come here often. Typically sit at the bar and always have the best experience. Their bartenders are very knowledgeable as well as customer oriented. Always willing to make our nights out extremely special!! We will continue to come here and see our favorite bartender Larry!!!

I went here last friday..good and service was great. What made me upset is that they was playing a Whitney houston song "Im your baby tonight" they had it on for literally 1 mintue and then they changed it!! Whats up with that?? I felt really offended after that..might not come back here

Went here today for lunch left a Coach clutch there. Do you think the server would do whats right and honest by turning it in to management? Hell no its a Coach. Ill bet she thought she hit gold. Nice to know the place employs CROOKS.

The bar staff is awesome. They recognize us and immediately know what we drink and order. Nevertheless, they always ask before we order. My favorite is Danielle. No matter how crowded they are, she remains spunky and friendly.

Just stopped in to have lunch and a drink. Leo the bartender not only smells awesome, but he makes a mean Sour Apple Martini!!!! I had a great afternoon!!!! Thanks for turning up the music V
