I happen to be a food critic for a living. Im not the most enjoyable person to go out to eat with b/c its impossible for me to "unplug" from work when Im out to eat. In a society that has become satisfied with mediocracy, its not too common for me to be pleasantly surprised. The Tuscan House blew me away! I have yet to come across a casual restaurant with such authentic delicious food and well-trained staff. The servers appear genuinely happy to be there as they know theyre serving a great product. The concept is unique and they seem to have covered everything for their customers from wine tasting nights to kids entertainment. Any guest who knows good food will recognize the quality in these dishes. Everyone at my table also enjoyed their unique home-made desserts which are not the same frozen ones found at the competing chains. The prices were great. Everyone we spoke to had similarly great experiences here. Definitely a restaurant I would highly recommend.

I BARFED! The food was horrible and KRISTEN is ugly. First off the Hostess do nothing, they take forever to seat the guests, most of the hostess are nice others are very rude and act like they hate there jobs.. you can hear them talk about how they want to go home and talk about other hostess behind there backs.. they are straight snotty most of them, the managers have no idea what they are doing or how to run a bussiness, the food is terrible, the bread is dry and salty, the servers are too lovey dovey, and always are in a rush to get u out of there tables, another thing the hostess bug out when they try to seat you at a table you specifically did not ask for than they get fed up and sit u in the way back.. all and all this place will be closed with in a month or too..

For the past 2 times- we have had great service. Last night, it was a totally different story. Our waitress had blonde hair in front, black in the back - I forgot her name. We had a party of 8. She came chewing gum - which is not acceptable in a restaurant. She messed up 3 simple orders; the manager even came out apologizing. She had the table next to us and they got their entrees before their meal in which the manager also came out again. Last we ordered dessert and they all came out at a different time. I asked her to make sure there was no meat in my pasta because I get sick from meat, and her next question was - would I like chicken in it? -- WOW. please get a more professional waitstaff. shes lucky she added the 18% on our bill because she sure didnt deserve it!

I should have realized with the dismissive service from the receptionist that this was going to be a disaster. It was. We were shown through the expansive restaurant to a desolate room at the back of the building; granted the space gradually began to fill up over time. The white wine we ordered was warm as was the replacement from a new bottle from the freezer. The food was mediocre; Chicken Marsala consisted of 2 chicken pieces smothered in a glutinous sauce and a huge pile of potatoes. The salmon didnt appear very fresh and was lying on another similar sauce. Sunday was a wasted day, spent in bed with food poisoning. Overheard at the next table the service was great but the food was awful

We went to the Tuscan House for dinner and found the food very good. Not your average Italian food, upscale . We went on a Saturday nite waited at the bar which had 25-35ish crowd. Nice... If you are looking for the italian food from a pizza place this is not it... Home made pastas, food is fresh and its good. Family style gives you plenty and enough for take home and we are gooood eaters. This is not your every weekend sort of place to eat, as the drinks are a bit pricey but if you are looking for dinner at a special place with warm atmosphere and good Italian food made fresh with a kick... this is the place. Good thing I didnt listen to the other reviews and just gave it a try. You should too.

We arrived on time according to the reservation, staff sat us immediately even though our party was not complete. We were a large party receiving professional, and attentive care from the staff. House wines were very good. Food was just average. Our party ordered a family style chicken dish that very closely resembled Chicken Murphy, which I enjoy but expect better at the prices being charged. Pasta was good quality, similar to home made. Salads were very nice. Others in our party ordered ala carte, which is the norm here, somewhat of a disappointment. Calamari was very good . Atmosphere is pleasant. No stand out dishes, and nothing unique. Given the choice, I would take Carrabbas.

Great place to eat at & bring the family to. The risotto balls with vodka sauce is delicious & the rigatoni vodka of course is very good, also my favorite entrée. The Orechetti is also very flavorful. Great service, friendly staff, very nice decor. Desserts like the apple Crumb served hot in a mug with a scoop of vanilla ice cream was very good. Negatives are Fettucine Alfredo needs parmesan all you can taste is the cream & butter. Also the Tuscany House should invest into some quality ingredients like fresh shredded parmesan not have like powder one like a pizzeria. But overall very nice place to enjoy a family meal at.

This restaurant is very pretty . Well done construction . The food is pretty good . Nice selection. The prices are high for the quality. A lot of 20-somethings . Drinks are exspensive . Around $5 for a glass of import beer( not even 16 oz.) The bartenders belie the atmosphere . Many are too young and they are wearing T-shirts . The male bartenders hang their bar rags out of their pockets ( very tacky) 2 of them had their can openers strapped to their arms with a band (even tackier) .The management needs to really kick it up a notch. Too much like Fridays.

FOOD POISONING. Awful food-especially their burgers. Bad just bad. Service declined rapidly, asked for no cheese on a burger, arrived with a slab of mozzarella on it. Bloody burger, yet asked for well done. I waited ten minutes for ketchup, took two bites, meat was bland and cold. Tasted weird. I can only imagine what it would been like, had I ate the entire thing. My idea of a Sunday should not be wondering how far I should sit from a bathroom. My wifes potatoes arrived 12 minutes after her bleeding steak arrived. They called this medium well??
