Ruby Tuesdays no wonder nobody ever talks about them me and my friend decided to give them a chance I hadnt been in years she had never been at all.... we got tired of the same ole same ole Applebees... Fridays and so on anyway the experience was going well we had just left jersey gardens and was exhausted BTW jersey gardens is jerseys largest outlet mall... Anyway we ordered our food she ordered a petite steak with asiago cheese a baked potatoe and broccoli... I ordered salmon broiled lobster and broccoli her steak was seasoned to perfection we were both definitely in love... My salmon was a bland as hell tasted like paper... Everyone has chewed a piece of paper in their lifetime thats exactly what it tasted like.... Rewind while waiting for food we ordered drinks the bartender seem to be doing a great job until 2 drinks innn...while my friend is sipping she looked down and there lied a spider in between her ice...... Yuck the spider was pretty healthy I have never in all the years of going out found something in my drink this was very horrible unprofessional and unsanitary on their part the manager took 2 drinks off but thats not the point... if theres obese spiders in your drinks I wonder whats in your food... Furthermore the manager supposedly took 2 drinks off right...so we get the check and 2 more drinks were added ha really yes really so I called the waiter over to access the situation he proceeded to tell me know its off thats how it appears to look on the receipt... Im sorry if ruby Tuesday think that we lack intelligence or we just like drinking bugs looking at all reviews of all ruby Tuesdays I can see all will be closed soon I can see why they dont get a ample amount of people ruby Tuesdays of Elizabeth Nj tighten up you have ruined our experience

The service here is shocking. We were seated rather quickly and placed our drink orders while viewing the menu. When the drinks finally arrived errr placed our orders. Two simple ruby burgers with all the fixings. I had finished my soda and tried to flag down two waiters for a refill, eventually getting the attention of a third. When our food finally arrived it was missing all the components. We got two pieces of bread, a rather sad looking patty and a generous helping of chips. The server who gave us our food ran away before we got a chance to ask about the missing components. We then started what felt like a ritual now of flagging down a waiter. When someone eventually paid us attention, we explained the problem and the waiter asked who our assigned waiter was. I indicated the gentleman and the guy went to inform him off the issue. I could not hear what was said, but I did see our server look over at us. We then waited as our server continued to do something on the computer system. Time went by, and we waited. Eventually the original server came and took our plates away, not a word was spoken and I was mid way through dipping my chip in tomato sauce. By this stage I had given up on my drink. When the food came back, it looked rather sad (seeing as I had eaten most of the chips and there was tomato sauce smeared all over). In the end the sad part is that the food was pretty good (once we got what we ordered) but the service was unforgivable. I will not be going back to this ruby Tuesdays, and I will probably not go to any other Ruby Tuesdays again.

I happened to eat at Newark airport location. The food was good- however, The person who took the order - her name starts with an A...is Ar or something - was the most rude person I ever seen. I asked for a drink and asked to get it with no ice, instead opted a splash of seltzer. She rolled her eyes and said that the bar may make it like that or may not. And the scotch I got was full of ice- and no seltzer. Due to the fact that my son is insulin dependent, I also requested his food to bring first. She , in a very rude voice said that there could be no priority in that restaurant and that my son will get food as per the rank in the order and took all the menus without even asking that we want anything else. I never had such an experience from anywhere else in my life.. But decided not to go to this restaurant anymore and also discourage anyone I know

In all the Times Ive been here, this by far is the WORST. The food was okay. But the drinks was horrible. My 1st drink was ok sour but ok. I had the classic magarita. My sister had the ruby margarita not good at all pure lemon/lime really sour no alcohol we had extra shot added still not good. My second drink came back with ginger beer, after I complained the manager Shelton came over and told us we were too drunk and didnt know what we were talking about. I mean come on, any ass would know if their drink has ginger beer in it. I returned the last 2 drinks after complaining that it was not margarita and paid my bill and left. In my opinion as l8ng as that idiotic "drunk pimpled face manager shgelton is working their I do t be going back. And would not recommend anyone going. I have to go throw up the parmesan steak cause it was not good either.

just after noon, with very few cars in the lot and both of us hungry....after 10 min waiting at the table, the waiter showed up with an apology then walked away. He came back without introducing himself and just stood there silent with pen in hand looking at us. since we were really hungry, we just ordered drinks appetizers and meals all at once. when our meals arrived we still didnt have silverware, the portobello mushrooms were burnt and steak was dry. I got the wrong sides. we asked 3 times for a drink refill and A1 sauce , but they dont have A1 in a bottle . they just give you a condiment cup and what looked like a watered down version. I still dont know my waiters name. where did he go? Im ready for a beer. oh and the napkins had small food crumbs on them!!!!

Our server, Denise, was lovely. However, the food was mediocre. I ordered a Mediterranean chopped salad, which looked very nice on the menu but turned out to be a disappointment. It had a large chunk of iceberg lettuce core, which should not be used in a salad. There were loads of banana peppers but no salami or tomatoes, as indicated on the menu. Greens, peppers, and sliced black olives, with a sprinkle of shaved Parmesan... Not much of a Mediterranean salad. My fellow diners food was similarly mediocre. We went there to meet up with family as we passed through the area, so it worked for our purposes, but theres much better food to be had in the greater Newark area.

This place is a total lose for a celiac, or someone who is allergic to wheat. I asked for a gluten free menu. The manager and staff told me the only gluten free food they have here is a gluten free bun and gluten free pasta. Not my idea of a healthy meal. They told me look online for RT gf menu. OK. The menus are listed by location, and this location in Elizabeth has NO gf allergy menu listed. So I look up other RT locations gf menu. I order grilled fish and a plain baked potato. Potato was not cooked, cool and hard, unedible. My stomach is increasingly hurting after leaving.
