Late June summer help is slow. We sat for 5-10 minutes before having to ask for a server to greet us. She forgot one of our drink orders. Kitchen took over 30 mins to serve us breakfast. 3 of us got served our orders missing items. Our other 2 people didnt get their food until 10 mins after the rest of us. We asked for crispy bacon and it came out under done and chewy. Half of our orders came out cold. Another table of 5 that sat down 20 mins after us got their entire food order before us. If its this bad now, I hope these new kids figure it out soon or else its only gonna get worse once the season here is in full effect. Maybe we will try again once the summer season is over. On top of all that, no manager here to apologize and they charged us full price. Fail.

15 minute wait before anyone even bothered to speak to a waiting customer, only to find out they are too busy to fill take out orders? I did call before walking there, but apparently they were too busy to pick up the phone as well.

Food is good, took a long time for the order to be ready. Even for food that is made fresh. the service was terrible. The waitress (the older women) we had was more concerned with her friends. Then waiting on her customer

Restaurant setup is confusing. Sat at the Hershey pub and ordered the short ribs, loved them, but hated the cheap boxed potatoes they were served with. Bartender was excellent, friendly. Will definitely return.

There is every other barbecue place youve been to, and then there is Chop Shop. Not one to miss. Treat yourself to some Gorilla Biscuits. You wont regret it.
