Its nice having access to Chicago deep dish style pizza relatively close-by but this pales in comparison to the real deal. That said, the pizza is tasty and enjoyable and the salads are good, but I find the rest of the menu pretty hit or miss. People I dined with said the burgers were really good, but when I ordered soup it did. It come out hot and had to send it back twice. I also ordered the whiskey chicken sandwich which came out toasted on one side of half the sandwich while the three other slices were soggy - another diner at out table experienced the same thing. The service is very spotty also. Thats said, kids eat free on Tuesdays as long as there is one adult per child and its a good place to go with kids because they can be kids and the environment and crowd accept that. A drink is not included with their meal. Go for the pizza. Try the wedge salad. Order the mashed potato pizza skin appetizer. Go on a Tuesday if you have kids to save some money. The kids pizza is much better than other kid pizza menu options as are the other kid choices.

Waited an hour still didnt receive my order, so I figured I would call to check to see if it was delivered. When someone answered the phone I politely asked if they were able to tell me if my order was already delivered or not. The first person put me on hold and passed the phone to someone else. I politely asked the same question to this person who was given the phone who then rudely spoke to me with an ill-mannered tone of voice "I just got on my shift how should I know want me to check?" Not only was the attitude in her voice unnecessary but obviously if I asked then you should assume I would like you to check, I mean shes answering the phones so that IS one of her jobs. I was not pleased with this worker.

Went there today for dinner with a friend and there was a wait which is normal. but the thing is there were a lot of open tables, but some of the staff were busy cleaning up after a big table that had just left. Yet there were open tables in other sections with waiters serving people. I didnt understand why the people that were waiting were not seated in those sections, why did we have to wait for the staff to clean up this section to be seated. People didnt understand why either and left and so did I will I come back maybe but they really need to get it together

We went here for my girlfriends nephew graduation. The food was amazing. We ordered the zucchini chips which were good and the deep dish spinach and artichoke dip which was yummy and these were just the appetizers. For food we ordered the sliders a burger and the fireball whiskey barbecue chicken sandwich which was yummy and some other food and desserts as well. Our waitress Nina was very helpful and explained different things to us and was very polite. We definitely will be going back soon to try some more yummy food that they have.

Dinner here is problematic. You get great customer service but the food is merely par, even their deep dish pizza of which they are known for ho-hum. Its possible it was because the individual sized one i received was frozen and not made on-premises. However, drinks and happy hour is worthwhile exploring and they do offer a number of specials for the indecisive.

Overall, the service was extremely slow. The was barely anyone in the restaurant and it took an hour and 20 minutes from the time we were seated until the food came out. Moral? Dont come here in a rush. The staff were all very nice and our server was great. The food was alright. Not worth the wait in my opinion. However, the drinks and desserts were delicious.

I used to come here alot, but not anymore. Seriously, if you crave deep dish pizza, you need to move to Chicago. Also, do not order Chinese style dish here and expect it to taste good. They cant make a good name sake pizza, how can you expect them to make good Chinese food (not even sure why they had it on their menu but it was dumb for us to order it).

There were 2 hostesses and 1 person working as a bartender, waitress,gusset and bar back the poor woman was running back and forth. We waited ages for our drinks and food and when the food came it was all wrong. Everyone who ordered got the wrong order. Finally another employee came in but it did little to help.awful experience. Will not be back

Uno is where you go when you want a Chicago pizza. The pizza is not very big since most people get a personal size one but thats okay because this pizza is deep dish. If you are a fan of NY style thin crust, this may not be the place for you. Uno has a bunch of lunch specials and I think even kids eat free or something like that.

Food used to be great... now it seems as if they are really slacking. Avoid getting any mixed drinks as they dont give you much alcohol at all. The food is mediocre, service in general is decent. Id only recommend this place if it was a question of convenience but definitely dont make a trip to come here.

My husband and I have been coming here over 10 years. Lots of options n service is great. Sure u might run into a wait on holidays or special days but its worth the wait. Lots of deals n special pricing during the week for you n family. Tell Chris (one of the managers) Felix n Abby sent you!

A good place to go for an informal meal. Good range of foods, not everything is great, but most of the food is fine. The staff tends to be friendly and helpful. Can be a bit noisy on Friday nights, but on the whole, we like to go there when we want a meal out without much fuss.

Third time being upset with our food. Decided to give them one last chance after waiting 1.5 hours for our food last time. Food was soggy and cold, quoted 30 min for deliver..took an hour..upsetting when spending this kind of money for low quality fast food.

The manager here is just absolutely wonderful. He always is. My family likes to come here and I always have a great time and when something goes wrong themail manager tries to rectify it or we receive a genuine apology. Thank you!!!!!!

They take way...too long and their employees over the phone are deceitful about their arrival times.Most of the time Im waiting over an hour for a salad+desert, absolutely awful considering some of us also happen to live near by, lol.

Slow to seat even though half the place was empty at 3:30pm. Slow services, had to wait 20 minutes for drinks (non alcoholic). Every other Unos Ive been to has great services except this one. Wish there was another one in Brooklyn.

Great place to take your kids if they enjoy pizza. You can have your kids make their own pizza and then they can customize an ice cream sundae to their liking. The food is excellent and the service is fast and super friendly.
