I waited over an hour for my food only to open it and see a dead fly on my sandwich. I called back to ask for a refund because there is no way Im ordering anything else from there, and since "they used a secondary delivery service" Id have to go the store to pick it up. I was at work so theres no way I can leave to get my money back. Im very disgusted and disappointed on how careless they reacted when I called back. Definitely not ordering from there again, who knows what else is flying or crawling in that kitchen.

Ive been to Sanctuary a few times before they changed ownership. I really enjoyed the quesadillas back then, but I havent yet had the opportunity to try them again. The ice cream under the new ownership is delicious. There are tons of flavors to choose from and a variety of toppings and options for cones/bowls etc. I went with one of the chocolate varieties, which was rich and creamy. I definitely would recommend the ice cream and if the quesadillas havent changed at all, Id highly recommend them as well.

We are from Highland Park so there is an extra delivery charge for delivering ( since its so far away from New Brunswick). Every time we order our orders come out to around $35-$40 and they always find an excuse to either amend the order because they keep running out of things or they wont deliver out here. Despite their good ice cream and food, I find that they are just lazy. We will no longer be ordering from them and recommending this place to friends.

I have been here and ordered for delivery many times. The ice cream is amazing!! They are open super late and its a nice change from pizza as a delivery option, plus they even deliver sundaes and milkshakes until 1 am! The one down side is they sometimes get busy so sometimes delivery and take out take a really long time. The employees are usually nice and apologetic. I recommend the hummus and pita!!!!!!

I have tried their quesedillas, wraps, and cheesesteaks and so far all of their food has been exceptional. It is a little bit more pricey in comparison to nearby restaurants and food places but it reflects the quality of their food. Not much room for dine in. The staff are good people also. Also they have a comic book/video game store upstairs which is unique.

The food here is awesome and the ice cream is even better. I had such an awesome chicken wrap that I literally came back to let the manager know that the wrap was the best Id ever had. This is my new favorite place to eat. The Sanctuary has become my first choice for lunch. No waiting in line for ice cream like at other spots!

ordered here a few times...and both times it took OVER AN HOUR to get to me. and i live around the corner....im waiting for my second order now....and its been and hour and a half ... side note..i called 20 mins ago and they said it was on its way....20 mins to walk a block!!! would not recommend them.

I cant properly rate their food because they refuse to deliver 4.4 miles away. This is horrendous. They have lost what would be a good customer and a good tipper. Very poor business sense. I will never order from here for pick up, delivery or anything else.

They should be on Restaurant Impossible so that guy can clean there store and minimize their menu. But over its pretty good, you get a good amount of ice cream for your money and it taste great and the workers there are so welcoming and friendly

Buffalo quesadilla was the best so far!! I used to eat there 6 months ago and I sa8d Im going to give it another shot I ate a week ago and the food was super good! They must have a new cook.... I recommmend that item to all of you! (Seriuosly)

Working the night shift at the hospital... crazy night.. and couldnt wait to have something to eat... My order took 2 1/2 hours to be delivered, and when I got it the food wasnt edible and items were missing. Probably a blessing!

The menu has grown with a wide variety of wraps, sandwiches, and ice cream flavors. A little more pricey than the local grease pits, perhaps, but the food quality is excellent... Well worth it!
