I have been there last night and had worst food I have ever tasted in U.S. No taste in any of dish at all. Would have given -5 if get the option. Do not waste your money and time there. Every curry was full of potatoes and that was too uncooked and hard to eat. For the mix veg they had super store frozen mix veg packet in super store uncooked crushed tomatoes curry, again tasteless unfinished dish. Soggy naan. For gulab jamun you really need a knife to cut them and eat them, the plastic spoon they give, will not work for them. For second sweet dish they had sewaiyain, what a joke? If one think that it is hot milk before going to night time bed than ok otherwise big joke as a sweet dish. I want restaurant peoples to read this review so they can learn something and can do better in future because they really got a nice location near the TAJ casino. But as of now waste of money, time and sufficient to ruin ones mood with dinner.

one of the worst Indian food i have ever tasted in U.S.A The food was very bland- read no spices. I will give reviews about the things that I ate. pakaura- was very stale and not even hot. aloo baingan - pathetic to say the least matar paneer- shitty, the ratio of paneer is to matar was 5:95. and no taste and watery gravy. Chole- was good - infact preety good. chicken tikka- pathetic- chciken pieces painted red. gulab jaamun.- pathetic Chicekn Biryani- the only saving grace, was good by any standards

Never been to an Indian restaurant where they serve food in plastic disposable plates and spoons. its like eating at a 5 year old birthday party. Food was horrible and when we asked for roti which is traditional Indian food they said they dont have that, they only have naan. How are you gonna have a Indian restaurant and not serve roti? Also not to mention everything is priced as a high class restaurant but Im assuming thats due to its location.

Made to order food was amazing. The garlic naan to the sizzling kebabs and fried fish. It was an exceptional experience. People were friendly spoke punjabi, urdu/hindi, and english. Went there at 7pm on a february night. Quiet with the sound of a desi moving playing on the flat screen. Price was reasonable according to Atlantic City prices. First time here from Staten Island,NY. Bottom line is, i recommend this place and will come again.

Food actually good. Service not really optimal. Messed up my Chicken Karahi with a Goat. Thankfully, was told before leaving the store. Online ordering system needs to be cleared. Thought the order came with rice at least... nope, just the food itself, which would not make it appetizing to eat a la carte. Only in AC for a few weeks so may not come and try something else.

Hi. We were looking for a Punjabi restaurant in Atlantic City. This is not a fancy restaurant, that we thought we will find. However, food is good, I liked it, so did my wife. Food has a Bengali touch to it. But it is well cooked, we had buffet. Service was OK. Place is not clean, bathroom is dirty, receptionist job was held by a high school kid. But over all not bad.

Went for the buffet with a rowdy crowd of 6 on a Saturday night, they pushed some stuff around to fit us in. Not the best food but we all enjoyed it well enough and left happy. In an indian neighborhood in a good city, this may not rate well, but as a budget vegetarian-friendly option on the AC strip, it slays. Before knocking, consider your nearby options.

The high ratings on here are BS. Plastic utensils and paper plates. Families letting kids walk on the tables. A sad buffet. Everything else is a la carte otherwise... including bread. Palak paneer was good but way over priced (13 bucks) for a small portion size.

I read the reviews, which were mixed, before going to this place. I decided to take chance but had to regret later. Buffet lunch was aweful. $27 for 2 was not expensive but it was waste of money. Ignore the 4 or 5 star reviews and try somewhere else.

My worst experience ever. Went at around 9pm, cant even re-collect enjoying even a single dish. Had to go to another restaurant, the same night again at around 10pm paying him about $26 for 2 people for which we didnt ( couldnt) eat anything.

MUST GO TO WHEN IN ATLANTIC CITY! Really good food. Have been going here for years. These other reviewers dont have a taste for good food. *Best buffet time is 12pm and then 6pm. * They have amazing fish, chicken, lamb, and kabab platters.

This is the worst restaurants I have been to. It is very dirty and people who work there are nasty looking and it appears that they dont even wash their hands. If you care about your health, As a Physician I am advising not to eat there.

Dont believe anybody else reviews. Just read carefully if u eat non veg then dont look at their buffet just order them to make fresh chicken tikka, kabab and fish. Also try their fresh chicken or mutton karahi it is great no doubt.

Amazing traditional food. I dont understand why people complain about the food. Almond chicken and Naan bread was on point. Not the classiest looking place but for a mom and pop shop it has great tasting food.
