Redstone used to be our favorite place to eat. The patio is fantastic, the drinks excellent and typically the food is great. The last 2 visits the food was terrible. We ordered grilled shrimp, filet and asparagus and every item was overcooked and black. The first time we complained to the waitress and all we received was a sorry. This time when we mentioned the food was overcooked and burnt the waitress responded with "all are food is charred, it is not burnt". The grilled shrimp was blackened shrimp and tough. The medium well filet which we were told would have some pink was black, tough and absolutely no pink. We first received broccolli which was not edible because it was so overcooked. They offered to replace it with asparagus which was equally as bad. I do not know if the kitchen staff has turned over or what, but the meals in the past 6 months were horrible and the customer service unacceptable. Such a shame because this place used to be awesome and we have been so dissappointed. Please fix it.

I have gone to Red Stone off and on for the past few years. I wouldve recommended it to anyone! No more. My girlfriend and I enjoyed Turkey Burgers. Just a few hours I was vomiting and she suffered from explosive diarrhea. We lost 2 days (and counting..) of work and were rebuffed by the manager when we called them to express our concerns. We did NOT want money, but we wanted to make it clear that there was something seriously wrong with the Turkey Burgers. I am warning you to strongly consider this review...as it is not the only instance of food poisoning Im aware of from this establishment. If you must eat in the area please go to PF Changs or the local McDonalds. If management is reading this, I highly advise you to take notice.

Two of my friends and I came in on a Saturday night with a 9 pm Open Table reservation. The place was pretty busy and there were still plenty of people just sitting down for dinner even as we were leaving. I ordered the half rack of ribs, which was the perfect amount of food for me. It came with a side of fries (perfectly fried) and some cole slaw, which had this weird cumin (?) seasoning it it. The ribs itself were flavorful and tasted good, but was a tad on the dry side. For a chain restaurant, everything overall was actually better than I expected. Tip - if you need to use the restroom, avoid the "open kitchen" area. It looks like you can walk through it, but you will get yelled at for no reason.at

Even though this place feels like a chain establishment in a swanky strip mall, the food was pretty excellent. Great burger. My wife has had the fish a few times and shes liked it. The corn bread is a must have. The restaurant is huge but can be busy on nights and weekends. If youre lucky, you can get a nice seat outdoors. My one minor complaint is the lighting. During one meal the lights came down to the point where we could barely see our meal. When we asked them to raise it they claimed they couldnt raise the lights. A bit bizarre.

Took my daughter here for 16th birthday celebration. The hosts were pleasant & our waiter gave us outstanding service. Our appetizer, main course & desert were served in a timely manner. Or waiter didnt rush us & main great selections for us to consider. When our dinner was over I felt i had accomplished what I wanted, for my daughters to have a great dining experience. I know i achieved it because she has raved about her experience for the past 2 days.

The ambiance was nice but it was very loud. The food was great but we could not fully enjoy our food because we were rushed out. The waiter brought our appetizer and our soup at the same time. 5 minutes later our dinner came and the waiter was reaching for our appetizer plate knowing we were not done eatting. I feel if we are paying $150 to $200 to eat there, then we should be allowed to enjoy our food.

My girlfriend and I had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The prices were kinda steep but the atmosphere was what put it over the top. The cornbread wedge was enough for two people. The food came out quickly and the portions were very generous. We even got a hot towel at the end of the meal. Definitely a positive experience, my only gripe was the pricing of some items.

I thought next day leftovers would be better. Nope. Ambiance was great. Wait staff was rude and inattentive. Food was horrible. Famous stoli doli? Pleez. Ribs, my replacement entree, were burned. You could smell it coming to table. Ok. But the so called baby backs were tougher than me...And Im 71. Ill try one more time...When weather is nicer and maybe lighting, staff and food.

Best food I have ever eaten..My husband and I went for my husbands birthday tonight and it was wonderful. Our waitress was amazing and so nice and the food was amazing. It was our first time going since we got a gift card for Christmas and it was well worth it. The prices were a little high but it was for my husbands birthday. I would definitely recommend it and go back.

The food is good the service is the issue for me! You make a reservation and still wait 25 minutes. I worked in the food industry before and reservations are like appointments they come first "walk-ins" are just that and should not be seated before hand especially if you walked in at the same time and you called ahead. Poor service!

They no longer give a complimentary mimosa with their family style brunch but dont tell you before you order. The food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. My french toast was stale and dried out. When I brought my concerns to our server/bartender he couldnt be bothered to get a manager. Scumbags.

Been here several times and have never been dissappointed! In fact, Ive been nothing but amazed at how good the food and service is on a continual basis. Redstone is an upscale restaurant so dont go expecting to find an entree under $25. Its become our favorite place to eat anywhere near the promenade.

Really good service and the food was delicious. I had the salmon and a kale salad and everything was well seasoned and good. My friend had the rotisserie salad and he raved about how good it was. We shared the cookie sundae for dessert and that was decadent and delicious. I will return

Its a chain restruarant with a good choose of food. Large bar area for a happy hour meet. We shared the Artichoke and Spinach Dip, ordered the signature Prime Dip and the Grilled Meatloaf. The food came out hot and tasted excellent. The wait staff was pleasant and fast.

Great food! Beer selection not that great but lately they have had Dogfish head... a really great beer! The buffalo shrimp are out of this world... prices are a little high though... The Turkey sandwich with great coleslaw is our go to favorite....
