My guest and I thought it would be nice to have lunch at this tgifridays location in Mt. Laurel because we agreed that this has been the best location in previous visits. We walked in and there was no host in sight. Other waiters and even the bartender can visibly see us but did not bother getting the host or to even say to us the host will be right with us. We ended up calling the store while standing there after maybe 7 minutes of waiting. The host came from around the corner because the phone rang. We hung up so it seemed like she just missed a call. The host finally seated us. While we were browsing the menu for 10 minutes the host seated someone else behind us. The waitress has yet to introduce herself or ask us for our drink order. The waitress introduces herself to the table behind us where the host just seated them. We were obviously seated first but were not served first. We thought maybe the waitress will come to us after taking their drink order. Instead she went to another table to ask them if everything was ok. We waited an extra 2 minutes to see if she would come back. The waitress and I made obvious eye contact but she still has yet to come introduce herself. After that we just got up and left. We headed to the Cherry Hill location. The host greeted us right away with a smile. The waitress came shortly after and listened to our terrible experience at the Mt. Laurel location. They got us our drinks and appetizers out right away. Both locations seemed equally busy. We will now always go to the Cherry Hill location. The Mt. Laurel location needs something to be fixed.

Ill start by saying my boyfriend and I have bare minimum standards for service at restaurants since weve been servers/bartenders for 10 years. We sat in the bar area where we were told that we would have 3 servers. We ordered drinks and apps to start, got those in a timely manner. The apps were half under cooked and half over cooked it literally made you sick to eat it. Unfortunately, thats not the worst part.. We were so neglected by the three servers/bartenders the one woman would look at the ceiling just so she could pass us to go to the table directly next to us (which she had been to more than 5 times). We were also never asked what we would like to order for entrees. Ive served more people by myself than what was in that bar this evening for three servers. The servers in the restaurant were making their own drinks because the three of them also neglected their tickets for the rest of the restaurant. I used to love Fridays, but it couldnt have been more obvious that the entire staff including the kitchen and the manager just did not care, which reflected in their service, food and cleanliness of the entire establishment. Overall this was the worst experience weve ever had at a restaurant, but also not the first time at this location.

Went there last night- took a while for the waitress to even come over. We got chips with the spinach and queso for an appetizer. The chips were extremely soggy and unevenly seasoned. Talked to the manager about this and she ADMITTED the cooks messed up and rushed. Yet we were not offered new chips or for it to be taken off bill. The steaks were also not cooked correctly according to what we asked. The two waitresses/bartenders came over to check on us very few times. Also watched the one bartenders eat a peice of fruit out of the fruit to go in to drinks. She had no gloves on and continued to walk over to our table while eating. The place was overall not clean and the service sucked. I was a long time fan of Fridays and this was by far dissapointing. They never even asked how everything was or how our entrees were for that matter. Certainly not going back and warning others not to. What a disapointment.

Waited almost 15 minutes before the waitress acknowledged our presence. When she finally arrived, she refused to serve me a drink. Im 35 years old. I accidentally left my current drivers license in another wallet. (How forgetful of me) So, I tried to provide an old drivers license and a current state issued permit that had my photo, date of birth, address and state seal of authenticity. The waitress still refused to serve me alcohol. She wasnt nice about it either. She treated me like an underaged teenager!!! She ranted on about fines. So I left there rather irritated and hungry. If she was nicer about the whole thing, I would have stayed. We spent our money at another TGI Friday nearby. They didnt give us a problem at all. That tells me the waitress at this location was deliberately being difficult. Needless to say, I wont return.

The worst service ever. Im sitting here right now and there is basically nobody here. Severs on the other side closing down their stations with no costumers on that side. We stood up front for 5 minutes until somebody finally sat us. 10 minutes until someone besides our waitress came over. Our waitress is working the bar. There is NO REASON at all that a bartender should be waiting on regular tables. Ive been in the restaurant buisness for 20 years. Then she finally comes over and sounds drunk and looks high as hell. Here is sit, 20 minutes later and still no appetizers. Get your act together Fridays. Stop hiring people straight out of the ghetto that have piss poor work ethic. I came here about 6 months ago and the same problem. Either close down or do something. HORR

I USE TO LOVE THIS PLACE.Went in Friday Oct 30th not to busy. Got seated immediately. Table to my right was clear and the table to my left had a couple. Once my table on the right was seated their waiter came immediately. My daughter and I still waiting for our waiter to come and no one shows up, this is about 15mins while sitting at the table I see the hostess walk pass. The hostess and I make eye contact and then I wait another 5mins before getting up to leave. As Im putting my daughter coat on she(the hostess) asks me have I been helped. No I havent its ok I will go somewhere else to eat. Thanks but no thanks AVOID THIS PLACE.

It usually takes a while to get seated but that wasnt a big deal. Once we were, it took over 15 minutes to have a server come to our area even though 3 additional families sat down while we were waiting. It took until we went to ask for a server before anyone came over. We only wanted dessert, 1 item to split, and the entire process (from arriving until leaving) took an hour. Considering it was 9pm on a Monday night and they werent busy there is absolutely no reason for the service to have been so slow.

Went last night - server was slow to come to table but then friendly and attentive. BUT - food was awful!!! Nachos have to be a staple for this sort of place - right?? WRONG. First plate full took 40 minutes to come and were stone cold - so we sent them straight back. Second plate came warmish...but disgusting. Who outs mini-pretzels in a nachos plate? Waiter took the food off our bill, but the food was so bad we still think it deserves a 1 (sorry to the nice young man who served us!)
