This was our first (and last) time going to the place. 3 adults & 2 kids. We ordered the lunch combo (pizza and a salad) a burger, a kale Cesar salad, buttered noodles and the kids bbq chicken. After over 30 minutes of waiting we received the food. Absolutely everything was cold. Not just "Luke warm" but physically cold to the touch. The burger was raw in the middle (ordered med rare) as well. The only thing w/o any issue was my salad. Other than the fact the shrimp were cold (but I didnt mind bc I hate warm protein on cold salad). The waitress was asked to bring warm fries. In the meantime, we discovered the bbq chicken was ice cold. We spoke with the manager and asked that we get warm food. He came back w/chicken that was so dry and so over seasoned my son couldnt eat it. The burger and the chicken were removed from the bill but nothing else was done to rectify the situation from a customer service standpoint. When my sister mentioned to the manager that this isnt the best first impression she was told "we make mistakes" and that they were doing their best to fix it. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth for the company. The only saving grace was the bbq sauce. That stuff is where its at.

When it first opened this place was great. If youre looking for a rare beer its limited, only six taps or so. Wide range of macros. Our most recent visit was before 4pm on a Friday. We couldnt sit on the patio because they wanted to hold two tables and another had bags on it from other customers. We sat at the bar and it took over 15 minutes for a bartender to see if I wanted a drink and I had to flag them down with not all the seats full. After over an hour our "25 minute wait" for the patio was up and we just left. We would have ordered food and more drinks but the experience was a major turn off and Im not sure well go back. Theres much better service for our dollars and Yard House seems to have forgotten that versus when they first opened. It would also be great if the hostesses didnt act like they were seating the hottest restaurant in Manhattan.

I took my mother out for Valentines Day and ordered st. Louis ribs. First of all they were too tough to eat. Secondly they were black and on the bottom. I showed the waitress the food and he suggested a ribeye then she told me it would cost me $5 extra. Needless to say I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. And ask for the manager. Well apparently my ribs disappeared and the manager never looked at them and when I complained he told me 3 times he was skeptical but I said was true. First of all Im a chef next I smoke ribs for 2 years professionally and Ive never made anything that disgusting. Lastly the st. Louis ribs that were selling were actually baby back ribs. Frankly I do not like being called a liar in front of my mother several times. Run along being so crappy food.

We went here for a birthday party and we had a good time. Beer selection is great, and menu has a lot of choices. The price of the craft beer I had was fair but the meal was a little expensive. All in all the food was good and the service was excellent. Loses one star for food prices and atmosphere. Its a very well put together place but its was wide open and super loud with people and TV noise. Good place to grab some drinks and a snack, not so great for a dinner party.

My first and most likely my last time coming here. Me and my son came in to have dinner on Easter Sunday, it wasnt crowded at all. Beautiful selection on the menu, but our waiter didnt care much for us (I guess we didnt fit the look or whatever). He was very pleasant and attentive to the table next to us but not so much for us. I work in hospitality and I treat every customer with the upmost respect, so I was a bit offended. But I gave him a good tip anyways.

We were greeted by a friendly staff and seated immediately. Our waitress was very friendly but the service was extremely slow. The food was good not great. Dessert was tasty had the mini trio and enjoyed all three made up for the girl who brought it out. She didnt acknowledge us almost seemed a little annoyed she had to bring it out. I dont drink but it looked like they had a good menu. I wouldnt say it was family friendly after all it is a bar.

Not good. Had the Margareta Pizza, really bad, very greasy, and absolutely no flavor. Asked if they could put the Phillies game on a TV but they said they were unable to change any of the TV channels and had to call their corporate headquarters for assistance. They never were able to get the Phillies game on a TV. Overall they have a large selection of beers but the food and prices leave a lot to be desired .

How hard is it to fry an egg hard? Simplest instruction that was not executed properly twice. Management a ltitle slow in responding in the proper customer service when a situation like this happens, but eventually did the right thing at the end. More training for back and front of the house. We live in a customer service world, it is KEY! Overall the food was just ok, cant give an over enthusiastic recommendation.

I have been to this Yardhouse before and it was a great dining experience. Tonight because I was along I was asked to sit at the bar. That was a huge mistake, unless you like being ignored by the bartenders for 20 minutes while they talk with their friends. Once they finally took my order my food came out quickly. Not as good as before, I think Ill have to pass on this location in the future.

One of my favorite places. I wish they could find a way to expand because when its packed you are not getting a seat. Hands down the best beer selection in town. Might even rival some of the liquor store. The food is delicious and everything is moderately priced. We make it a point to eat here before or after a movie, and especially went here for a few drinks when Christmas shopping.

Decent food and good prices during happy hour, but not sure why the service takes so long. I ordered two appetizers, and the waitress even asked if I wanted both items to come out together. I said Id prefer the spinach dip first. However, my chicken fingers arrived first, and I was told the dip would be out shortly. Why ask my preference? The chicken itself took nearly 25 minutes.

Great service, great food, great drinks, and great atmosphere!!! We eat out all the time and decided to try somewhere new and we loved this place. We arent from the area and had not heard of it before, but after trying it once we are hooked. They have a really nice selection on their gluten free menu too. And the kids menu features some really unique (and delicious) choices.
