Dear waitress, If you were wondering why you got a terrible tip, heres why. Ive been coming here every so often over the last 5 years. Unfortunately the service has gone down hill. The service was so bad it ruined my whole meal. I would have liked to talk to whoever was in charge but the co-owner who was on that night was one of the people who were rude to me. My family and I arrive. We waited about 7 mins for a menu. We then waited for 20mins until our waitress came to our table to take our drink orders but we were ready order our food. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. She ask "where do you see that on the menu?" with snark in her voice and a stank look on her face like there was a bad smell in the room (which there was not) I said one of the girls said you had wraps. She ask who? I dont know for Christ sake...all you brunette white people look the same! So she said shell see if the kitchen will make it. She came back 20 mins later to tell me that they could. 10mins later I tell water girl (the only person who paid any attention to us and was pleasant to talk to) that we had ordered an appetizer a long time ago and we havent seen our waitress. So she checks on our food, but it still wasnt ready. Then 10-15 mins later all our food came out... Yep all at the same time. Heres a lesson on how appetizers work.. They come out before your meal is served. I had lost my patience about 30mins ago at this point. I look at my appetizer and casually say, "yeah I dont want this" the co-owner replies with "so you want me to take it back?". The proper response would have been "I apologize it took so long. Its on the house, I can leave it here for you" but no he just took it back without even so much as an apology. The food was really good but what we got was simple; a wrap, a sandwich, and a salad. They left out the red onions that my cousin ordered in her salad and the side house salad probably should have been on a different plate instead of the same plate as the sandwich. I told water girl our waitress was rude. I guess she must have told her bc then she was all chipper when she asked how our food was and when she gave us our check. This place could take a customer service lesson from Applebees.

This is not a professional restaurant. No one who actually makes a living would ever run a place like this, if they knew their livelihood depended on customers who actually paid for their services. This is the worst "restaurant" we have ever encountered. They dont know the basics of running a restaurant or of customer service. After our first time there when we had a badly disorganized meal with very inattentive service, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We made the mistake of giving then a second chance this past Sunday for brunch. We were seated upstairs. We literally sat for 20 minutes without being greeted or given menus. After a waitress introduced herself and asked for our drink orders, we waited for coffee and orange juice. We still did not receive menus. After the waitress returned 10 minutes later, I told her wed had enough and we left. This place should be closed down. By stark contrast, even a fast food place like Panera or Cosi would be ashamed if they ran a place like this.

we always pass this place on main street and decided to stop in. there was a table of 5 sitting next to us that must have ordered an endless meal of crab legs. they complained to the waiter that they only received one plate in 1hr45min... must have been all you can eat, but the kitchen was not going to serve. we should have left then. most of the food was not good. our order was wrong, took entirely too long, our last round of drinks never came, and the bill was incorrect. we will never eat here again, but would probably go back for the bar scene.

The service and food were excellent. The drinks were very nice as well. I had a party of 6, and unfortunately they didnt have the seating to accommodate us for awhile. Fortunately space at the bar opened up and we were able to get served. The only reason I am subtracting a star is because their website advertised half priced wings tonight, but the bartender said that they were not doing it that night. Overall a fantastic place to get cocktails. The have a dress code to not look like a beach bum, so wear shoes and at least a T-shirt.

We sat upstairs and waited about 15 min for our waitress, when she arrived, she very rudely takes our order then walks away. We then waited about 45 min for our food (which happened to include an appetizer) it became so long to the point where we had to stop one of the other staff members to check on it. Staff here was very rude and inattentive, including the owner! Would not recommend.

We had a reservation which we didnt even need because they were not busy at all. They sat us upstairs and we were one of two tables upstairs two servers passed by our table several times ignoring us each time. We sat for 15 minutes and not one person came up to the table. We couldnt even let the hostess know we decided to leave because one could not be located. We will never be back!

This is my first time ever posting a review, I choose to do this merely to give credit when due; the owner,staff and the environment is what Im looking for when it comes down to me being a customer and spending my money. It shows they appreciate my business like I appreciate their service. If the owner ever read this review, JOB WELL DONE !

Can only rate this place on the fact that we were having a retirement party for a colleague, the date was confirmed three times but when we arrived they stated apparently someone wrote it down incorrectly said there was nothing that they could do and wouldnt do anything to rectify the matter. Poor customer service.

Place was clean bar staff was friendly only had a couple of beers so I really couldnt say anything about the food. But with that said I did see during happy hour there are food special portions were nice size and presented well. The next time I go I promise to eat something and give you an updated review.

Ive been there twice recently, once for dinner and a second time just for drinks and both times had great food and service. There was a band there for my last visit, Hyper Drive, who sounded great in such a small space. Their bartenders are super friendly and make a great martini!

Service was very slow...15 minutes passed before we were even greeted by our waitress. We went on a weeknight and the tables around us were empty, so no real excuse for the slow service. But the food was outstanding! No complaints about that.

Small space with a large bar. The musical act was great but he was in a small area where there really is no good place to watch the act without blocking sometimes view. Its an ok place, prices were decent, it seems clean.
