My family and I were visiting my sister and her family to celebrate her birthday along with my sons birthday. We got to BWW and my sister went up to the service desk, was not greeted although two people were at the desk and had to wait on them to finally ask how many people, she told them 9 and did not get any wait time or hospitality. We waited for about 45 minutes without any acknowledgement or accommodations while other families came after us and were being helped. We asked to see the manager Tiffany who did not help us at all but other families saying she is only helping with TVs and not tables, she was unhelpful and sarcastic. I also feel like we were being discriminated against since we are colored peopled and the other families that came in after us were white. We ourselves even offered after waiting 45 minutes to sit separately and the staff still could not organize that for us. My sister and her family go to this location often but will no longer go here and my family and I visited this location before but will never go here again. The manager and staff were not helpful, were not friendly, overlooked us, ignored us, and put other people who came in after us before us. I go to the locations in Queens, Brooklyn, and LI and never have I been treated like that even on a busy day as we were told "its football Sunday" by the manger Tiffany. It was 5 adults and 4 kids and we waited patiently and quietly until we kept seeing other families being talked to and helped. We know we have to wait at restaurants sometimes but it was how we were being treated or rather ignored! By the way we left after the manager started being sarcastic. No way we were giving this establishment our hard earned money.

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Mount Laurel yesterday for their Happy Hour. After a long and hard workweek, we were excited to ring in the weekend with good food in a relaxed environment. Upon entering BWW we got seated right away. After looking over the menu for a couple minutes, our server showed up. She quickly rattled down the Happy Hour menu and asked us for our order. Now, I do understand that we all have a bad day here and there, but I got the feeling she was annoyed by having to serve us. Unfortunately, her messy appearance didnt do her any favors either. We settled for one of their Happy Hour beers for my husband and a virgin margarita for myself (Im 6 months pregnant). Our server took our order and disappeared. After a couple minutes, another BBW employee showed up at our table, asking for my husband’s ID. Nothing unusual so far since he ordered a beer, but this is where the situation became weird. The second employee told us that ‘messy server’ thought my husband was intoxicated, and therefore they couldnt serve us. On a Friday at 4:15 pm. We literally just got out of work and drove to Buffalo Wild Wings together. Why someone at BWW thought my husband was intoxicated – which he clearly was not – while driving his visibly pregnant wife to Buffalo Wild Wings is beyond me. Needless to say, we wont be going back. We ended up going to Don Pablo’s across the street and had a MUCH better experience.

Fast Break Lunch Specials are awesome. Quick and a nice value. Street tacos were Slamming Awesome!................Huge Props to their Catering Ordering food to cater an event a few times a month can become boring with hoagie platters....so it had me looking for something different when I contacted Buffalo Wild Wings in Moorestown via the website to find out if they had a catering menu. Within an hour, I had a personalized reply and a menu. Loved the variety and the prices. I was able to order a variety of Boneless Chicken, Naked Tenders, Mini Corndogs, Salad, Chili Queso and Chips.....and Cheesecake bites.... plenty of food to feed 15 people and way under my budget. The food was ready for pick up on time, the hot food was hot.. the Salad was cold....and the sauces were plentiful. Ryan and Matt of the Management staff were Stellar in their service and attention to detail the food was delicious and a huge hit. Everyone enjoyed it! Looking forward to more catered events in the future! In the meantime we plan to frequent there for lunch!

Today my wife, son and I visited the restaurant. Everything started off fine until after we received our food. Jillian our server did not visit our table once to ask if we needed refills. The manager passed and I had to ask her to refill our drinks. The restaurant was very empty at the time. I noticed our server several times hanging with the host instead of attending her tables. We waited so long I had to get up and ask for our check before we missed our movie. We waited so long we were unable to order desert that my pregnant wife was craving. When I went to voice my opinion after my meal to the manager she reacted like I was bothering and interrupting her from her conversation. She didnt even apologize for the horrible service that her employees where offering. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. There are plenty of other bars that serve wing and they offer far better service.

It is amazing while sitting at the bar every Tuesday night all over the country at Buffalo Wild Wings, a night that I look forward too and talk about all the time. This Buffalo Wild Wings takes the cake for piss poor service and service with an attitude. Typical Jersey service, ask for something and they give the look and the shake of there head like you are putting them out of there way. Excuse me, but I am paying for this food and service. The person that is sitting next to me isnt part of my tab and you know what happens when you assume... Then they screw up the bill and you question them about it... Nothing but attitude... The Manager, well thats another story. I dont want my food for free, please train your staff and put qualified people behind the bar!

Service sucks even sitting at the bar when its dead! Beer choices are descent and beer price good for happy hour. But how can you take a advantage of it, if you dont get served? Wings on Tuesday special is 75¢ each. Late night happy hour starts at 10:00 pm which was the latest I have ever heard of in Buffalo Wild Wings history!!! And.. Being that in Times Square wings are 80¢ each, this it totally and ridiculously well over charged for skim meated wings. Rumors have it, "the wings flew threw the roof lately", in price by the locals who were let down. I was Totally bummed out myself.. Stopped at over a hundred BWWs, this rates 2nd to worst in my book. 2 stars for happy beers... And then run...

So I was in the mood for wings and opted to stop in here for lunch. I had the Chipotle BBQ and Mango Habanero. Both were very tasty. Afterwards I had the Ice Cream Overload - kind of thought there would have been more chocolate/caramel sauce. Overall the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. The only issue I had was inattention by the wait staff. I will say when I walked there was no one at the front desk, and I was one of 2 or 3 people in the place. The wait I had came by so infrequently that I was there 1.5 hours just for lunch. Once food was ordered it came out quickly, but the wait between sodas and the time I finished my wings and ordering dessert seemed a bit extreme.
