Just had lunch here and yet another outstanding meal. Ive tried several other area sushi places but keep coming back to Konbu as you can really taste the difference due to the quality of the fish that is used. Plus they offer some excellent variety with their signature and daily special rolls, such as the Mountain Roll and the Chi Chile Pep roll. Plus you have to order the spicy tuna, yellowtail and salmon over seaweed salad for an app and share it.

My favorite sushi spot that is not too far and super fresh ALWAYS! So many great appetizers to choose from, the nutty tuna is SO GOOD! Before u order too many rolls wait to see the size because the rolls are pretty good and filling!

The best sushi / sashimi in central NJ. Ive eaten sushi all over the country and Konbu is some of the best. Always fresh, always innovative and Chef/Owner James is a great guy and always happy to please. I highly recommend!

Amazing sushi. Too many half price sushi places have opened up in the area and the half price is reflected with half as good of a taste. Konbu will give u quality food and huge rolls. Tami is the best!

One of the best sushi places around - the fish is always fresh and James cuts generously sized sashimi portions. Staff is attentive and food is prepared quickly but with great care.

Friendly staff and fresh sushi - great combo! My favorite appetizers are baby octopus salad and yellow tale jalapeno. Food is always fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

Konbu has by far the best sushi around. Its a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. All of the sushi is fresh and the main entrees are cooked to perfection.
