I visited Bisque for the first time last night with my family. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were promptly seated. Our server, Britney, came right over, took our drink orders and answered any questions we had about the menu. I found her to be knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to our needs and more that willing to accommodate any special requests we had regarding our food. I had the Chicken Gabrielle, my wife had the halibut, my son had swordfish and my daughters had the Ribeye steak and chicken parm. My entire family agreed that the food was EXCELLENT. The previous statement should not be taken lightly, I have NEVER been able to say that before. Every entree was cooked and seasoned perfectly, portion size was also perfect. Entree prices ranged between $30-$40 or so, which is slightly higher than most of the places our family dines at but the quality of the food more than justifies the price. I found the decor to be pleasant and the entire staff to be friendly. If I had to pick something that could be improved, I would say the noise level in the restaurant was slightly high for me. Granted, the restaurant was full, but it took a little more concentration on my part to hear what others were saying around the table and it also seemed the servers had to raise their voices somewhat to be heard. Overall, my dining experience was outstanding, Im already trying to figure out my entree choice for my next visit.

Had a group of 12 which included a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old and was given the semiprivate area which was great. My 5 yr old niece took her ipad and turned on Snapchat for nomore then 10 seconds and the Manager on duty came over and yelled across the room at my niece to turn off the ipad in such a nasty tone that she almost started to cry. Mind you the whole restaurant is loud during this time. I told him thats not the way to speak to a 5yr old or to anyone in that case and that he was lucky that I didnt get up and knock him out for doing so. He walked away and then came back 2 minutes later and said to me "what did you say" I told him "you heard what I said" as I started to get up he walked away and was never seen again that night. As my family started to walk out after dinner he was standing by the door and as I approach him he ran to the kitchen to avoid me. Guess he wasnt the big shot he thought he was with a 5yr old when he saw me walking towards him. LOSER !

I had the pleasure of eating at the Bisque last evening and I cannot stop raving about the delicious food, excellent service, and friendly staff. It was my first time there and a December Birthdays celebration. I started with Risotto Balls (couldnt stop eating), Soup of the Day, Creamy Chicken Soup with Bits of Pasta, and Chicken Francaise with Asparagus and a delicious sauce. Others ordered Roast Beef Au Jus, rare, medium rare, etc. and everyone was happy! On my next birthday, and in between, Bisque is where I want to go again! (And on a Thursday night, the restaurant was packed!). Great, great, restaurant!

Second time there. The first time was two years ago and there, apparently is a new owner. Michael. We had a reservation for 6:00pm and we were there a bit early. Michael seated us at a table for four right next to the kitchen door. We asked if he could be moved to one the MANY open tables for four. He refused. A long discussion with Michael resulted in him absolutely refusing to reseat us and explaining that we had to understand his system. The empty tables remained empty for our entire dinner. The meals themselves were of and its pricey. We wont be back again. Good luck to Michael and his "system."

Was in for dinner on my honeymoon. Very very very loud! Food was mediocre at best. Ordered steak med and received well done. Manager never bothered to come to table. Sent server over and offered a free desert. Wasnt feeling well and told server. Why would I want a free desert? Mint ice cream was so strong in mint that it made it inedible. In addition very pricey. The asparagus was delicious. Would NOTHING recommend and would NEVER go again!

I absolutely loved this place. The food was exceptional. My wife and i went to the Bisque for a celebration of life gathering for a dear friend who passed away. I had never been to this restaurant until now. The salmon and prime rib was some of the best i have ever eaten. The service was professional and prompt. I will definitely be going back to the Bisque on a regular basis and I highly recommend it to anyone.

The service and food was excellent. Loved the portion sizing and they were so generous with the seafood (other places add so much pasta and no fish). The spumoni pie was great to share as a dessert. Make a reservation at least a day in advance - this place books up so quickly. Its BYOB so be sure to pick up your beer/wine/liquor ahead of time. I will absolutely be returning to Bisque the next time Im in LBI.

Popped in for some late night appys with the family. Sampled 2 diiferent bisques, Lobster and Onion, both really good and the onion was quite different from anything else Ive ever tasted. Thai Rock Shrimp was ok, a little too much oil soaked tempura batter for me. Pistachio crusted scallops sounded better than it tasted. Definitely on my radar for a return engagement! Service was excellent!

We had dinner here Chridtmas Eve it was very good. This is a favorite place of ours to dine. Service is always spot on. Was disappointed to see a set menu for that evening and not the regular menu. Portions seemed a bit smaller. All in all a pleasure to dine here .

Was really looking forward to a nice evening out with my husband. .had a nice fresh Salad, ordered my favorite Rack of Lamb, i stressed and told service make sure its Medium rare, very dissatisfied, it came back tough and had no flavor, will not return@

From the moment we walked in , we were welcomed like old friends. One of the nicest atmospheres on LBI. The wait staff was amazing , the food was delicious and the pace of fine dining was just perfect ! BYOB and no reservations made this a 5 Star meal!

Had a delicious dinner with the family on Easter Sunday. Service was prompt and polite. Our waitress was very well informed. We were four for dinner and each of us was well pleased. I would recommend this restaurant without reservation.
