Staff is very rude. Cannot charge using app. Understandable. Provided a physical Subway card. Was told that points were added to the card and so cannot use for payment. Had asked for lite mayo for dressing got fully loaded mayo. No apologies for the bad service. When told that they need to improve service, was rudely told that I can complain to management. These guys are certainly not getting my business anymore.

Piped music is too loud. Cant enjoy your food in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Cant hear someone sitting across your table.
