I just returned from Chipotle and I have had the worst experience I have ever had at one of your locations. I dont typically write these reviews but I do not like the way I was treated one bit. I order two orders of hard shell tacos and a burrito bowl. The first girl in the line was not very rude at all but once she passed my order to the lady in the middle, she takes my first order and says, "what would you like on it?" I told her I want the sour cream, guacamole, and hot sauce on the side. ( it gets soggy by the time you make it home if you dont ). When she grabs my second order I said I want the same thing, thats when she said "you should have told me the first time!" Very rude but no big deal, but it seems as this happened the whole situation got really rude all of a sudden. My father was still telling the first girl what he wanted on his burrito bowl as the girl at the register begins saying "28 dollars!" So I turn to my father as he is paying and ask if he wants me to pay while he is still ordering his meal. She then proceeds to yell it again and at this point I look behind us and there is no one on line but someone just looking at The menu. So I say to her "youre sure rushing us for it not being so busy at this second". No reply. Still everything is ok, I know some people have bad days. At this point my dad is finally paying as to which the girl grabs our orders and just tosses them in the bag, this was really what made me upset as the hard shell tacos would surely break. Then on top of that just tosses the sauces and guacamole orders in the bag on top of them. I even grabbed the bag and moved everything around as she just tosses everything in. The lady in the middle then starts talking to the first girl and says "hello! Wake up! " after they finally finish our orders and clearly she was kind of making fun of my father. Very rude! So I say to her I felt a little rushed and you were a little rude to me, where a simple sorry could have been fine and difused the whole situation she says "I cant hear you". Not "excuse me can you repeat that?", or anything of that nature. Which I then repeated myself and she said nothing. Very rude experience and surely when I arrived home all my tacos were broken. This was at 3:15pm Monday afternoon. Im sorry to call this to your attention and I am not one to write reviews but this was just not right.

WOW! I cannot believe how fresh and tasty the food is at Chipotle. Service is excellent, and food comes out fast. Not even that... two employees Josue and Stephanie were so kind. Once i got to pay i noticed i had forgotten my wallet at home, and they both said your our study customer and its okay, mistakes happen to everybody, and gave us our food. I then went home to get the money and pay them, but they didnt take it... i was so amazed at how nice they were. They also gave me two gift cards buy 1 get one free burrito for my next visit. This is what we call employees that care about their customers....ill always go back! There isnt a better place! Thanks again Josue and Stephanie. Chipotle is gifted to have you guys as their employees. :)

Its CHIPOTLE, I mean, cmon. You know what your getting into when you walk in the place. By far the most delicious and filling FAST-FOOD Mexican that Ive had. But thats exactly what it is, its a guilty pleasure and a colossal amount of calories. The thing about burritos (/burrito bowls), tacos, etc. is that if the meat doesnt taste good and the salsa isnt delicious and the greens crisp, it wont be memorable. Chipotle has great pulled pork and beef and you have your standard selection of endless fattening additives and the salsa is actually pretty great. Unfair to call it a step up from Taco Bell, it blows Taco Bell out of the water and a lot of Mexican restaurants as a matter of fact. Just be prepared to digest for a little while.

Ive been coming to this Chipotle for a few years now, I have to say they never disappoint. The staff is extremely friendly and they remember not only my order, but also every time Im gone for a long period of time. Ive worked in the food industry before and Ill be the first to say, it is not an easy job, but this staff makes it a pleasure every time I go. The entire staff has a smile on their face no matter what. I lost my card once and Johanna took time from what she was doing to help me look for my credit card; something she didnt have do at all. The place is always clean and they accommodate to all orders. I wish all Chipotles were like this one.

Its sex in my mouth. If youre not really feeling/bored with the other offerings in the area, but want something with a filling, zestful kick, Chipotle is the way to go. I love their cilantro-lime rice, and whether I get a burrito or burrito bowl makes no difference as its all OM NOM NOM from there on in. Barbacoa, super hot sauce, black beans, lettuce, sour cream and cheese are my toppings of choice over my rice, and I usually get a burrito bowl with the tortilla wrapped on the size. The staff has always been friendly, service is fast, food is fresh, and never any regrets about any of my purchases there.

Me personally, I like Chipolte alot but in no way is this food real mexican. If you want real mexican tacos go to the Meadowlands flea market. As soon as you enter the grounds on the right hand side there is a tent with tables and they sell the most delicious chicken tacos. They also have other kinds but the chicken sells out quick and they cost 2 for $5. A regular size lemonade or other homemade drink is $2 ( and thats the size of a McDonalds medium drink) , for $5 you get a drink served in a large plastic container ( they same container they use in chinese restaurants for the large soups).

Its ok..NOT a big deal! Real mexican food is better like at tacos veracruz or at rey del taco.this is just imitation mexican food just because they have mexicans working there doesnt really make it authentic food,oh yea and WAAAYYY overpriced btw!!Also some lowfat options would be nice for the health conscious customer/consumer.Only go there because my girlfriend likes it lol..figures! Its americanized unoriginal and overpriced I wont be giving them my money!

This review is for one specific instance only usually they are very good. I got a burrito bowl and asked for everything no guac. The server just plopped on the guac anyway and then when I reminded her, she just scooped off all the guac (and all the salsa, corn, etc) and just plopped on some extra sour cream and that was it. I started eating and there was no more salsa and just very poor execution from a usually well run place.

So upset while eating my meal I felt something hard twice the second time extremely hard and when I checked what it was in my burrito bowl it was a big peice of plastic i have a small stomach due to a weightloss surgery this could have been deadly if I would have swallowed Im so upset definetely will take this to a lawyer a mistake that could have sent me to the hospital. Truly careless food prep never again.
