To start with, the service was very slow. There were no fewer than 6 groups of people who came in after me and got their meals first. I got the food, had high hopes because it did smell terrific. There was a very tiny basket of chips which was OK ... I wasnt there for the chips. Then the disappointment started. They might as well have not asked me what kind of meat I wanted because there was such a small amount that I couldnt have known the difference. Bite after bite I expected that the person making it was just careless and put all the meat in one area but no. I bet there wasnt a solid ounce of meat. On the 2nd half of it I even took pictures after every bite. All rice and beans with teeny tiny hints of carnitas. When I say tiny imagine maybe MAYBE the size of 3 grains of rice and far smaller than any of the beans. Maybe the person who made it was hungry and ate my carnitas but whatever happened it didnt make its way into my burrito. I really should have stayed with the original plan and had Panera.

What a horrible experience I had at this place. I drove to this place thinking I was going to Baja Fresh which is what this restaurant was before for many years. To my surprise it is now a different franchise with called Los Gueros with zero customer service. We ordered burritos and tacos and it was all super extremely spicy to the point that 2 bites removed our mouth taste. I returned the burrito to the cashier with the arrogant attitude and informed her that it was too spicy. After she replied that this is how their Salsa is and rolled her eyes, she agreed to make a new one which we ended up putting in the trash because it was completely tasteless. The restaurant itself looks really nice, but the service is too slow. About 20 minutes for a simple burrito and tacos.

This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I had in a Mexican dining establishment. I ordered a carnitas burrito and specified for the meat to be thoroughly cooked. I also ordered a side of chips and salsa. When I got back to work and opened my burrito, the pieces of pork were cold and very pink. Most of the meat was just plain fat, nothing edible. After wasting almost $15 on a burrito (because its extra for lettuce, cheese, tomato, etc), I tried eating the chips and salsa. The salsa was probably the worst thing Ive ever tasted. It tasted like as if someone decided to make a cigarette edible. I will NEVER go back to this place and I will not let anyone from my office go there. They clearly do not know about the dangers of food poisoning.

This place is a gem! Very authentic mexican food. Awesome sauces! I will never ever ever go back to crapolte or baja trash after this place. Ate here about 3 times last month and not disappointed. Had taco platter and fajita platter. Soooo flipping good. Mexican foods made by Mexicans for Mexicans. I cant say enough. 5/5 stars. That Rachel review is unjustified....low rating for authenticity??? Go to that bland moes blows place, rachel.

The food is ok, but it is way too spicy even when you ask for mild. It has tv screens all over the place, but instead they put some kind of ugly music at the loudest it can be. The music is ugly, nasty, and sometimes degrading. This is an ok place and itd be a nice place to stay at if it wasnt for that nasty music.

The place is brand new, brightly lit, super clean, etc. It has a big franchise feel, but I dont think its a franchise at all. The food is great; they have an actual "trompo" for the tacos al pastor, and everything tasted delicious. I see myself bringing the family here again on the weekends.

Great Mexican food. Quality can vary slightly but not much. Some or the menu items can be spicy without sauce. Otherwise ingredients tend to be super fresh and the food itself is up there with some of the best Mexican Ive ever had on this side of the USA. Better than most spots in NYC too.

I really like this place. To say it blows Chipotle (and Qdoba and Moes) out of the water is an understatement. Great food, and fast. Dare I say it, authentic? Well, authentic enough that youll likely need some translations for the menu, but the staff is happy to help!
