The Service and Staff were very pleasant. The food in my opinion is not considered authentic mexican food though. I come from out west where mexican food is plentiful, its spicy, its got flair, and lots of spices. The chips and salsa for starters. The chips are pretty good having several varieties. The salsa tastes like nothing more then a can of tomatoes with a slight hint of cilantro maybe, not much to it, I used half a bottle of hot sauce to even get some sort of satisfaction with that. Then I ordered this gigantic 16" burrito thinking this has to be great. I was surprised to say the least. I have been eating mexican food for 44 years and well this burrito was a first to me. Carrots, Peas, Broccoli, Zuchini, Green Pepper, Chicken, Beef, Shrimp. I think it had some spices to it but nothing very detectable. I spent the entire hour exploring the first half, trying to find something worth calling it authentic mexican and sorry to say I couldnt. The rice was very bland and tasted like that, Rice. The beans resembled a thin layer of thickened soup but had somewhat of a decent taste. My wife said the Sangria was okay, my daughter claims the tacos were okay but neither really knows much about mexican food anyhow. So for spending 70 bucks on lunch, Im pretty disheartened by the results honestly. The atmosphere looks and feels as it should, a bit to small for the size of this menu they offer. Definitely need to drop the menu choices to a few dinner types and focus hard if they wanna truly be an attraction for mexican food lovers. Sorry for the not so good review guys, but I wanna be honest about the experience is all.

the only flavor i got was from the chips n salsa. I love thick chips and they tasted great. I know they just opened but not having a drink menu ready was a poor choice. I did not order dessert so maybe thats great. For a rocks glass of house margarita $9 seems a little high however the drink was strong and tasted great. The refried beans and black beans tasted watered down. The rice lacked flavor was not great the chicken Fajitas need more seasoning. The waitress was very nice and parking was easy to find. For this to be a great place, food neededs more flavor and seasoning. Having a drink special daily or just great margarits deals would be nice. I feel the prices are good but the food does not meet the price and lacks flavor. If the owner reads this i would love for pacos to be my stop for mexican food.

My husband and I went for lunch one day to try, My nephew said how good it is, And for LUNCH I must agree, the service was very good and the food was delicious, so we figured we would go for dinner, We were very disappointed, The food was good the service was TERRIBLE, The Tables are on top of each other, no privacy, We got stuck next to a table where the constantly chatting on there cell phones. The place is to small and they are just sitting you on top of each other, no room to walk by at all, they can NEVER fit a wheel cheer in there, maybe durning the week,

I cant believe this place has great reviews! I work nearby and have given this place at least half a dozen chances - the food is terrible. Its not just bad Mexican food, its just bad food. I tried a coconut shrimp egg roll type appetizer, tasted like some frozen disappointment. Margaritas are mediocre and theyre not flexible with happy hour - the drinks are just as weak during happy hour as after. I actively walk past this place when looking for options.

I come here all the time with my gf. We love Mexican food and it is reasonably priced. The food is great even though we are usually full after the appetizer and before the food reaches the table. Every one is extremely nice. They always ask if you need anything but not in an annoying every 5 minutes way like at some restaurants.

The service was good, the food and drinks came out quickly. The food was pretty good. Its not the best Mexican food Ive had but Id return for a quick bite. They also have unlimited drinks for 2 hours for 15 bucks which is a pretty great deal.

I dont agree with the other reviews... The food was very tasty and spiced well. Dinner was a lil slow coming but that could be since it was a Friday night, they were packed and have a small kitchen. I recommend it. Delicious.

Pacos has the best mexican food on staten island. If u spend the time travelling to jose tejas, an overcrowded Crowded restaurant where you have to wait but the food is good. Dont waste the time. Pacos is a great spot.

Food is incredible, the staff are also very friendly. I was impressed with how much they were on their game, we sat down and chips came to the table immediately, as did refills. Awesome food and service!

Amazing seafood combo quesadilla! The rest of the food weve tried there was also delicious. Prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, the place is busy, but finding a table isnt a problem. Thumbs up.

Their tacos was delicious but i had to make sure to ask them to add the cilantro and lime to give it that authentic taste. The sangria was delicious too, not to mention the service was satisfactory!!!
