If I could give them a 0 star review I would! Made a reservation for 7:30pm for Valentines Day dinner a week prior. I spoke to an older man on the phone and he said no problem. Get the babysitter, show up and the place is packed. Both lots full and had to park on the street by the pool store. Walk in and cant even get in the door, so many people in the waiting room and vestibule that some people had to wait outside because there was no room. Another couple with their kids in front of us had made a reservation for 7:30 as well and she went up to tell them they were there. We were informed that everyone else in the room was there to tell them the same thing and getting no where. After 10 minutes someone up front asked a person who works there whats going on... Turns out they had no list of reservations and basically put your name down as you walked in the door. 90 minute wait we were told! How do you run a business like that on the business dinner night of the year??? Needless to say we left and will not be back. A few people also left in front of us also unhappy. They pissed a lot of people off that night! We ended up grabbing a bottle of wine from home and went to Biagios on Rt.9 and had a great dinner!

We thought we had reservations for our 1st Valentine dinner together. My boyfriend made them the week before for 7:30pm. We got there just before 7:30 and there was a long line to get into the door to check in. We waited for 10 mins(the line wasnt moving) to find out that they did not have a list for reservations. Really, on one of the busiest days of the year!!?? So what was the point of taking reservations? They told us we were to wait in line to give our name and then wait for what we were told was 90mins. Are you kidding!? Im not from this area and Ive come to find out theres not many nicer places to go to locally it seems so I was excited to try this Italian restaurant especially when I saw their menu. I know how fine dining places get busy on Valentines Day. In Cape May, Ive NEVER come across something like this and down there we are busy all year round especially during holidays. So I was very disappointed on how UNORGANIZED this restaurant was last night. We left and found a nice place to go to so the night was not ruined.

On a Thursday evening, the place was more empty than full, but the failed us. We have relied on them for years, especially as our in season place when staking at our house on lbi or boat in barnegat. The past year or more, it has gone downhill. Tonight, they took an hour and half to serve basic dishes to our party of 7. A staple, pollo alla griglia was way overcooked. The asparagus was overcooked and dry. The salad had no tomatoes or cucumbers... only lettuce and some onion. Kids chicken fingers we dry. Chicken parm was average, with very bkand sauce. After waiting so long and such a disappointment, we did not dare to get dessert or coffee.

This place sucks. Spent over 300 for party of 4. Got there at 530pm and did not get out until 930pm. Food took forever to arrive to table. And when it arrived it was garbage, my order was cold and my girls was super hot. Do not go here, only people likly posting good reviews are people that work there or paid reviewers. No worth your time or money. You will get better food and service at TGI Fridays or applebees for a fraction of the price. Avoid at all cost. This place isnt even authentically itiaian owned or operated.

I had a gift certificate from last year that I was happy was usable for 3 years. I called in a rezzie at 5pm for 630 and they could not have been nicer. We were seated immediately and the menu was NEVER BETTER. The restaurant was crowded and the surprise music just added to the spectacular food and ambiance. The service was delivered on a perfectly relaxing pace and it was one of the top 5 meals of my life!! A perfect Saturday night!!

Cant say enough good things about this place , from the minute you make a Resavation to paying the bill . Cant wait till the other location opens Tuesday. We will be there next week .
