Stay away!!! For the past two times I have gone to the restaurant the staff has been rude and uncooperative. The first time we went there in the Summer, we were waiting for a couple to come to our table who were a little late. We liked our seats where we were and we were already got our drinks when our waitress wanted us to move so they can fit more people where we were and take our seats while moving us next to a very loud air conditioning unit in the back of the restaurant. I told her we are not going to move and besides we are already eating and had our drinks and part of our party is late. The second time was tonight, Christmas Eve. We had reservations and we were coming late because we were leaving church. When we got there, our family was there sitting and I was shocked how they arranged this table for 8 people near the fireplace we are at. Two of the seats, one was mine, were blocking the isle for any server/bus boy to come through easily. There was another way they could have gone to avoid hitting the back of my chair by the window, but they didnt want to go the long way around. So bang, bang, bang! There was a little less than 1 foot of space to squeeze through and I didnt want hot food to accidentally be dropped on me or my 5 year old daughter. The table of 6 behind me was empty with most of the other tables and I said cant you guys move one of the tables behind me to over there to make that four table a six table. The waitress said, we are busy tonight and there are other reservations we cant. That spoiled the night for me because we had to move awkwardly and I could not sit next to my wife for Chistmas Eve and started a fight at the table. I mentioned it again to the staff 15 minutes later when we got our food and the tables behind us were all still empty. Meanwhile, the whole hour we were there, no one was filling that table behind me or the other table along the wall they could have moved that damn table too. WE WERE THERE FIRST AND WE HAD A RESERVATION BOTH TIMES. Some way to treat your guests when you treat them like cattle! I called and talked to the manager hours later of my experience and she wanted to send me a gift certificate, meanwhile she admits over the phone they do this time to time on how busy they are.

Sorry to leave a poor review since the venue is quite pretty and my family has had a couple of parties here. But this last one was the final straw. Over 25 of our guests (out of about 40) got violently ill after a party here. Vomiting and diarrhea with horrible cramps and aches. We all had different foods and drinks, so we couldnt pinpoint one particular meal or drink that made us all sick. Also, I have to agree with a previous post: the staff is stone faced and never asks how anything is, or if anyone needs anything. They take the orders in order (getting quite huffy if people arent in their seats) but when the food comes out, they just shout out what it is like a chaotic auction. Its annoying while youre trying to have a nice conversation, and its also very unprofessional. After speaking with the rest of my family, Ive found that there were other times people have felt ill after eating here as well, so sadly, I will not be going here again.

I went to this restaurant since I was in the area and wanted Italian food for dinner. I looked up reviews, and overall, the comments said the food was very good. When I walked in, at first, I was thrown off by the very pink decor, but I decided to stay anyway. The waitress and bus boys were very polite and attentive, however it did take some time to get the food. That being said, the food was horrible. When the waitress brought out the bread, it was a weird Texas toast concoction. My boyfriend ordered the penne vodka and I the chicken parm. The chicken was rubbery, the cheese on top was thick and cold, and the noodles on the side were watery. His penne tasted like butter and was too creamy; it was just weird. I was not expecting this because the reviews were so good. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be going back ever.

Carpaccio is my favorite restaurant. Whether its for a casual outing or a special occasion, the food, staff, and atmosphere will more than likely accomodate your company. You can tell that the staff truly cares about the satisfaction of their customers and theyre not just another table to wait on, which is always imperative in the restaurant industry on addition to the food quality. I have found myself ordering something different on the menu almost every time I have been there, and I have never been dissatisfied. The interior is beautiful and cozy. Highly recommended and a must go!!!

Went here for a family get together with 50 people. They knew we were coming and set up the room accordingly. The service was terrible. They took our orders haphazardly. They threw bread and salad down. No one smiled or asked how anything was. The food finally ready a hour and a half into our arrival. It came in shifts between the tables. Some tables got food 15 minutes later than others. They screamed out what they had in their hands and expected us to respond like animals. I would not recommend this place for a banquet.

BAD Service. 10 minutes to be greeted at the door. 15 minutes before being acknowledged by someone elses server.....Food was good. Unhappy server. The check came with three extra drinks on it. I usually dont check the back with the details of bar items but 25 for 2 beers and one glass of wine seemed high.

Hadnt been here in a while, but was tonight. Food was subpar and the service not great. Went for a dinner party and my dish was cold. What was supposed to be italian gravy was just tomatoes with no seasoning. Yuck! Had to keep asking for them to put out more butter, water. Not the way it used to be.

The restaurant is tastefully decorated. The food was excellent. The service was friendly and efficient. You could tell even before you walked into the place that it was going to be a good experience because the lawn is front is so meticulously taken care of.

Delicious food and cozy, romantic setting! We go to Carpaccios on Christmas Eve and for special occasions and have never been disappointed. We have even had a few family parties there, which everyone has raved about. Ask for seat by the fire place in winter.
