Ive lived in monroe 36 years. D&T has been here from probably 30 yrs, since this shopping center was built. Many pizza places have come and gone. recently I ordered 4 pies w toppings for a party, pizza was pretty good, substantial crust and substantial toppings. It was good, But pizza is pizza right? a few months later, I called to order 4 pies for delivery but they said they didnt deliver. SO I called a competitor in town who would deliver- they will remain nameless. It was 57 bucks for 4 pies incl tip and tax. what a ripoff. thin crust - almost cracker thin, proportionally thin cheese layer. total scam. the other guys are commiting highway robbery, selling a $7 pie for $12. but it amazes me that people actually tolderate this. they are laughing all the way to the bank with this business model. thin crust- thin cheese and hope people dont notice. So I learned my lesson. D&Ts is an honest place where you get your moneys worth(wheres theres actually a decent amount of cheese on the pizza) No gimmicks, no coupons all over the place. they dont need to. They arent in business for 30 years by accident. When youre 15 years old- pizza is pizza. When youre older and can recognize quality and know better, pizza isnt pizza. I called D and T and told the owner this story, They still dont offer delivery, but she was happy to hear my feedback and to know that some customers do recognize quality. YES--YOU ARE DOING IT RIGHT!

Ordered from here last night and despite the Cubano Panini being delicious, this was dampened by the fact that the Buffalo Chicken Panini was a inedible disaster. The chicken was grilled chicken with hot sauce splashed on it. The sandwich looked like it was slapped together, something you would find at a fast food place and the whole thing was a soggy mess. This was vastly disappointing, as I have ordered here before and the salads are always amazing and the pizza is pretty good.

Went 1 time and ate in had their Margeretta Pizza it was good. But went 2ndt time and was awful. SO dont ask for fresh garlic ! we picked up a pie the whole box was filled with garlic drenched in oil ,it got on our car seat. Under the cheese the dough was not cooked. OUR Garbage stunk when we threw it out. We did not ask for money back , but we will never go again.

Worst customer service! Im not from the area and the man behind the counter was very disrespectful. Instead of the waitresses saying to me miss your pizza is on the counter they just kept walking by starring, so my pizza was cold. I dont even give this place a star

1st time patronage. Polite and prompt service. Veal parm was perfect and canoli to my liking (not overly sweet). Very pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness. Plan on repeating the experience!
