Im struggling with my rating. The food IS consistently very good, like another post said the wine is a good poor at a reasonable price. However, the service is lacking. On our most recent visit it took an hour and a half just to get apps!! The waitress never asked us if we wanted more drinks, bread or even offer an explaination! She passed us several times never refilled our waters either. We had brought friends to dinner with us on this particular visit and we were very embarrassed after building the place up so much. Very disappointing! Prob wont visit again. Sheila B

Cozy local Italian restaurant run by a very nice family. Great sizzling steak, excellent shrimp and chicken parm and the best menu item: mussels in a spicy hot tomato sauce with crusty bread. Beer is ice cold and the wines by the glass are nice pours at reasonable prices. Excellent for a family just arriving on a Friday night, get there by 9 pm.

Weve been in the area for the past 30 years. We love The Place. The owners are great people. The food is wonderful, try the eggplant. All the food is great. If your in the North country and craving Italian food, this is the best place around.
