I had a good dining experience there with my toddler. The waitress was amazing-I left her a double the tip. However, when I got home I noticed that I may have left my daughters diaper bag there and called to try to find out if I left it in the booth. The man who answered the phone couldnt have been more rude. I was shocked that he hung up the phone and then screened my phone calls. This was completely disrespectful. By the time I made it back up to the diner, luckily it wasnt a waste of time because her bag was in fact there. I spoke the the man who had answered about how impolite he was on the phone and also to his manager. Neither one of them seemed to care about the issue of disrespect- the man had an ugly smirk on his face as I was speaking because he was amused at my dismay and obviously content with being a jerk- he could care less about being nice to a woman who just had a simple question. I will never eat here again and Ill pray for those men to find wisdom in how to treat a lady and how to treat a customer.

I went to this diner and have not been disappointed in a meal this much in some time. I ordered a special, which came with soup, salad, and dessert. My order came out as a completely different meal, but fortunately it was something I typically eat. The waitress was very helpful and apologized for the mistake. The soup was good, not great. The salad was good, not great. The pasta special dish was below par. It tasted like low quality ingredients, and perhaps poor cooking style. The ice cream dessert was mediocre. My fiance ordered the meatloaf special. It tasted like breadloaf. Any chop meat that may have been inside was not tasty. The mashed potatoes were bland. The dessert of chocolate pudding was not home made, but scooped out of an aluminum tin and served warm. Im not sure if it was warm from being next to a machine, or what. I will not go to this place again, except to order breakfast food, if I am desperate. All in all, the food (for dinner at least) is awful. The service is good though.

A coworker and I stopped here for lunch on a Sunday. The place seemed nice and clean and we were seated quickly. My coworkers grilled chicken sandwich was served open face with partially melted mozzarella on top. Most of the cheese was still in little balls and was cold. He asked to have it heated up and they obviously put it in the microwave because it came out with soggy bread and the chicken was that weird taste/texture that results from microwave. My tuna melt had a lot of cheese on it that was partially melted, the rest being room temp. The waitress never came by to ask how the meals were after the chicken reheat and then never brought us our check when we were done. I did see other customers get a check at the table and after our meal the waitress walked by several times to other tables and then went up front to chat with the owners. The service here was lacking quite a bit and the preparation of the plates needs some work. I wouldnt go back.

Worst diner i have ever been to. I went in with a baby and we waited almost 20 minutes for 2 eggs over easy with bacon breakfast special and a single scrambled egg. When it finally came out it was wrong! I got scrambled instead of over easy. I didnt want to wait even longer so i just took the scrambled. A few minutes after getting our food the waitress comes to check on us and then i never saw her again. Once I finished eating i waited 15 minutes for the check. She never came over! I had to go to the cashier for the check and when i told hik how long i had be waiting all he said was oh sorry. Wow way to show a sense of urgency. Never going back here. The food isnt even that good! I dont know how they stay in business with other diners so close. (I would just like to note that it was not busy. There were just a few tables and no reason i should have been ignored.)

This diner set me back a few decades. I walked in the diner during lunch expecting to order food but I ended up walking out. There was a white male that came in after me he was standing behind me waiting just as I was but the waitress greeted him simply overlooked me she says, "good afternoon sir" as if I wasnt there. No biggie I was still going to order until the waiter this was another worker who looked at the white male behind me and says "sir would you like a table" again I was overlooked. The white male behind me said ," no this young lady was waiting before me". So I thanked him for acknowledging me but no way was I going order food. What was next them telling me to enter at the back or pick my food up at the kitchen? I thought those days were long gone but guess not.

I brought a group of 10 friends here after a day of roller skating at the rink down the road. For starters, the location sucks and is pretty inconvenient; its right in the middle of a tiny strip mall and barely noticeable. Maybe thats for the best, because they closed super early. What diner closes at 4pm on a weekend? We were unaware of this and ended up staying until a little past 4:30 - nobody bothered to let us know this, but when I asked, one of the employees gave me serious attitude. The food was alright, just mediocre. Some friends even said their dish was bland. Ive been do many Jersey diners that fared much better than this one. Dont bother.

Great Food, Great Service ...... I work in a doctors office and they provide our weekly lunches for us. From their burgers to crab cakes and everything in between, our office enjoys the variety that the Florham Park Diner offers. Their food is delicious and I have to recommend the Patty Melt (my personal favorite). Today we had gyros, fries and a salad and the entire office enjoyed the lunch. Tomorrow is crab cakes with their special mustard sauce. I must say, as good or even better then that seafood place at the Short Hills Mall. Next time you are in Florham Park stop in and the Grapsas Family will make you feel welcomed.

I have only gone there for dinner and ever since they expanded the restaurant the quality of the food has been hit or miss, usually it is a miss. In addition the kitchen has gotten incredibly slow as well. I tried it again for dinner the other night and again it was a miss, amen I went to pay the bill the cashier asked how was everything, I responded "eh", the cashier just continued to process the transaction and didnt even flinch with my comment. Its a shame the place used to be really good.

My friend and I waited almost 30 minutes for a breakfast wrap and an egg white omelette. The waitress and staff, while nice, seemed under pressure and deeply behind on orders. You could tell that there was conflict between the wait staff and the kitchen. The place looks nice, and Ill probably go back again, BUT they have a lot of work to do before Id give them 4 or 5 stars. UPDATE: Went back again today, and the food arrived in less than 10 minutes.
