Hice una orden por telefono a las 4.45 dijeron q en 20 minutos estaba lista y cuando fui por la orde me dijeron q no pudieron tomar la orden q si podia esperar 15 minutos mas ni se tomaron la molestia de llamar para decir q no estaba lista la orden y fui por ella a las 5.25 de lo peor , is a bad service

I didnt experience any problems like all the negative reviews had. I placed an online order at 3pm on Tuesday for pickup. Their ETA was 15 minutes. Only waited for 3 more minutes than they stated, and was fresh out of the oven. The woman was friendly and had no problems with the employees. Now the pizza... I got some special for 2 med pies any crust any toppings for like $14. Im a meatlover and loaded it up with toppings. I could barely see the cheese, it was almost a solid carpet of mea!. Why not 5 stars? I eat Dominos alot and think they have a better crust. But with this amount of toppings, I can deal.

I ordered regular breadsticks and buffalo wings from this location and it took over 2 hours for the order to come to my door. On top of the late delivery, the food was disgusting. The breadsticks were put in brown paper bags and when I took them out, I realized the corners of the breadsticks were covered in some yellow sauce. The buffalo wings came very dry (I ordered buffalo boneless mild sauce). The sauce was spilled all over the bag. It was disgusting and made me lose my appetite. Worst service I have ever experienced and do not recommend anybody going there. The filth is unbelievably dreadful.

CHANEL SMITH IS THE WORST EXAMPLE OF A RESTAURANT MANAGER!!! I PLACED A $36 ORDER AS A WALK IN CUSTOMER. AFTER 40 MINS, I WENT TO CHECK THE STATUS. SHE LOOKED AROUND FOR A WHILE AND THEN CAME BACK TO SAY, "OH, THEY NEVER MADE IT!" ALL OF THE CREW WERE TALKING, LAUGHING AND EATING ON THE LINE WHILE MAKING PIZZAS. WHEN I ASKED HER WHY IT TOOK 40 MINS BEFORE MY ORDER WAS EVEN PICKED UP, SHE SAID..DO YOU WANT ME TO MAKE IT OR NOT? I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THE SURVEY CODE AND HER NAME. SHE WROTE IN ON THE RECEIPT. NO APOLOGY OFFERED, NO RESOLUTION. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AFTER A LONG DAY.

Horrible. We ordered the 10 dinner box with cheese sticks online. First made us wait over an hour for our order to get to my house. Its close so why so long. Second, the food was cold and missing the cheese sticks so the driver went back to get them. Over 30 minutes for that. And third, still got the order wrong. he brought bread sticks in stead of our cheese sticks. Cheese stick are a dollar extra. WHen i would call the store i would be on hold every time for more than 5 minutes. i can wait 5 minutes but longer than that is not good. Never ordering here again.

overall worst Pizza Hut Ive been too. Employees dont want to work, it was hard to get in contact with them when I went to go pick up my food I heard the phone ringing none stop the employee on shift was doing nothing but getting aggravated that the phone was ringing that he covered his ears with his hands. On top of me asking if they deliver they said no and Im there a guy is delivering, this gives Pizza Hut a bad name. They need to revaluate this location!! If I ever own this location I would clean house immediately

I walked up to the counter to give my order. Bruce, the order taker, did not greet me. I said hello and got a blank stare in return. When i began to tell Bruce what i wanted, his reply was, "huh?" I repeated my order and instead of asking if my order was complete, Bruce gave me the total. I asked for something else and he again gave the total without allowing me to finish my order. The customer service is horrible!!!!!! i would not recommend this pizza hut ( on broad st in Elizabeth, NJ) TO ANYONE.

WORST PIZZA HUT!!! Do not go to this pizza hut, employees are rude and place is dirty! We ordered pick-up from this pizza hut because it was on our way back home and was told twenty minutes. We arrived, paid for our order then was waiting for another fifteen minutes. I asked for my order and they didnt even start it yet! This establishment really gives pizza hut a Bad Name. Elizabeth should really send some health inspectors in there and shut the place down!

Waited for more then hour for the pizza to arrive. When I tell the driver he tells me, "Im going to be honest with you I was actually sitting in my car for awhile before I called you." I paid him with $20 & he tells me, "oh, Im sorry but I dont have change, they didnt tell you." He must be out his mind if he thinks he was getting a $10 tip. Never again will I order from here....papa Johns or dominos always fast delivery.

I ordered 9:30 didnt get my order until 11: 45 & they messed up my order plus my cheese stix were burned im never ordering from here again im mad that it doesnt go lower than 1 star DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT I AM WARNING YOU ! the staff is rude & the customer service sucks they dont even answer the phone smh they should just close this Pizza Hut because it is absolutely terrible

Worst pizza hut ever! service is horrible and just the way they speak to customers is disrespectful! I placed an order online and they immediately called me to say they were no longer taking delivery orders. I was informed that my order would be voided and then I was hung up on! They should replace all the current employees for people with more respect.

Always got a delay service getting food from here. Food is always prepared without a care, constantly received greasy pizza. Tried several times to give them the benefit of the doubt but constantly get bad services. Either bad service, bad food or the feeling that I was on their time turned me away from this place once and for all.

I wish I could give a -5 stars this place sucks so bad me and my wife ordered and we decided to pick up instead of wait for cold pizza they told us come and hour later we did and waited in the store 45 more minutes and ended up nt even leaving with the food because I could tell he didnt even put the pizza in.

AVOID at all cost. Saw the bad reviews but gave it a try because it was it was the only place delivering to my hotel. They never delivered the pizza and say they called me, even though I dont have a single missed call. Offered to deliver the same cold (after 3hrs...) pizza again without any apology...incredible!

You can tell he doesnt like his job & thinks he has the worst life of them all, he needs to learn how to be patient. who doesnt love the smell of pizza, this guy. last time ordering from there. Ordered pizza last night, and the pizza was cold after two hours. THEN We found some bugs in one of our pies. We lost our interest after that, but at least they gave us half of our money back. I just think either they need to be more clean, or the driver has to make sure there arent bugs in their car.
