We ordered at exactly 8:47 PM on a Saturday night online and were told to pick-up the order at 9:02 PM. Upon arriving, we were asked our order number several times as the woman behind the desk walked back and forth talking to others - she was not paying attention. After being told our order would be ready in 7-9 minutes every 5 minutes, we decided to leave. As we were leaving, we were told that the pizza was ready (even though it was not). An hour later, we called the store for 10 minutes straight until they picked up. I asked to speak to the manager who really did not care what happened. I told him the story and he said so what do you want me to do about it. I asked if our service meant anything and if they would be okay with losing service - he nonchalantly replied by saying it doesnt matter. I asked how they would rectify the problem and he did not understand what I was asking. He stated that their store is not connected to the online ordering process which made no sense since we ordered online - makes absolutely no sense. In the end, we plan on not ordering from them. They were not only rude, but they lied multiple times and did not try to fix the problem. Horrible that these people are ruining a brand!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Ordered online at 8:10, was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:25, arrived at the store at 8:30, and had to wait for 5 minutes while the girl at the counter (it said Christmarie on her name tag) sat there and counted the drawer. She didnt even acknowledge that I was there. After counting the money in there, she looked up, asked my name, and said it would be 5 minutes, or 8:40. At 8:50, she brought out our order. It was not the correct pizza, so she said there was another coming through in 2 minutes that would be exactly the same as the one that I ordered. at 9:05, I walked out with my order, 30 minutes after I was told it would be ready for pick-up. The pizza was burnt, there was more hot sauce in the box than wings, and there was enough dipping sauce for one breadstick, not the entire order of breadsticks that I ordered. Someone needs to re-evaluate the entire staff there.

It is rare for me to write negatives things about food even when it is not presented well. However I can barely stop myself this time. Honestly I have eaten Pizza Hut many times before but this time it was by far the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I couldnt finish after my first bite and neither could anyone else in my family. The crust was cold and doughy and the toppings did not taste fresh. My kids love pizza so i was shocked when they took one bite and spat it out. Our dinner was terrible and Im not sure if we want to order again, Unfortunately we had to go to another Pizza restaurant to make up for this horrible food. I advise some quality check before sending out your pizza.

HORRIBLE. I JUST CALLED PIZZA HUT TO GET A PRICE. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE. SHE WAST ABLE TO TELL ME THE PRICE OF A MEDIUM PIE W/SAUSAGE AND THEN SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR TEN MINUTES. I DONT UNDERSTAND WITH SO MANY PEOPLE BEING UNEMPLOYED WHY DONT PIZZA HUT OFFER INCENTIVES FOR PEOPLE TO WANT TO WORK FOR THEM. THEY HAVE A CHANGE IN STAFF QUITE OFTEN WHERE I PATRONIZE. ALSO, THE QUALITY OF THE PIZZA HAS GONE DOWN FROM WHEN I FIRST STARTED EATING PIZZA HUT IN THE 90s CEO NEEDS TO GO ON UNDERCOVER BOSS TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE TO MAKE THIS COMPANY BETTER.

Pizza Hut pizza is always my favorite. I love their thick pan pizza. I usually order online and pick up in store. The pizza is always ready on time and usually made well. There have been a few times when they have slightly burned the body and crust of the pizza. Overall this is a great store. They have some excellent weekly deals. I definitely recommend ordering out from here. You wont regret it

Service is horrible. Was on the phone with them for almost half hour. Couldnt figure out where I lived even though I spelled it for them like 5 times, then said they didnt deliver to my area, yet I live l a few blocks from them..then told them I had a coupon yet they said it wouldnt go through. Ended up canceling my order and going with another pizzeria. Never again

Ate this a couple days ago and caught a 101 fever and Im still sick. I ordered a medium pizza with marinara sauce instead they gave me some white sauce (not sure of the name). Right after I ate it I started to feel ill. Im still recovering but I will not be ordering from these guys again.

I called to place an order for delivery and the guy asked me how to get to my house. Shouldnt they have a GPS by now? Not only that but I gave the guy my address which happens to be five minutes away and he said that he CANT DELIVER TO MY HOUSE. Why cant they dleiver 5 min away? Horrible.

I placed my order online and the delivery time was incorrect. I waited more than an hour for my order and called several times and no one answered my phone calls. The customer service is terrible. I will not order from this place again.

Poorly administered, pizza is good but they need reliable hours and personnel. Order online and the timing giving when ready is not correct. Pizza Hut stores should not get this type of reviews as they deliver the best pizza made.

I just cant get enough of these pizzas!!!!! And now with the new pasta dishes I dont even have to cook anymore! :0P I just call ahead, pick up my lasagna, and eat it!!! Thanks Pizza Hut for making my life so much easier!!!

Worst Pizza Ever. We ordered pizza as we were sick and tired and couldnt cook anything. Ate one bite and the rest went to trash can. Pizza was made from staled material. Completely disappointed.
