If given a choice I would prefer to give a couple of negative stars to this place. Extremely disappointed with the birthday cake that we ordered for my daughters birthday. We had made it very clear to the Cake walk personnel that this cake was for a kids birthday and expected that every type of material thats used on the cake preparation as well as decor should be edible. To our utter disbelief there were pieces of metal used on the decoration and no one from the cake walk employee gave us any hint about it when we picked the cake. One of the kids at the party ended up swallowing the piece and had to be taken to the ER and was under observation for a day. It was a traumatising experience for us and the kids parents. This is total negligence from cake walk people. They do not deserve to be in the food business and put peoples life at risk. I would make an honest request to everyone to stop going to this place so that they realise their mistake and you can prevent a health hazard happening to you and your family.

First time going there their experience on the phone was okay to order when I got there to pay for the order they dont take American Express I dont carry anything else I dont carry cash so for them to tell me that they dont accept it because of the little.. charge that they get. Well like I told him Im not coming here anymore because you cant afford to charge then he was glad enough to tell me oh dont worry about anymore you dont have to come here you know have to worry about anything well from the customer and youre the owner or the guest representative or whatever server you dont need to be there you dont need to have your business there cuz if you treat your customers like this and get the put out going out of business sign

Service with a smile can make a huge difference. That is missing in this place. The food is good! I wonder what problems the lady at the cash register has though, she always seems so stressed. Id like to reach across and give her a hug and ask her to smile. Smiles can be infectious (and good for your business). And oh! There is no "one and only way" of serving food. A little bit of flexibility in accommodating little requests can go a long way (and ensure repeat business).

I have only had their cake, because they make eggless birthday cakes. Cake was good. I would agree with other comments, service with a smile can make a huge difference. Couple of times that I have visited this place, the person at the counter never smiled. Tried their Dosa once, nothing fancy - I would prefer Saravanna bhavan (couple of miles from this place), or Dosa Place - across the street..

I visited 2 month back. Dosa was good but recently I had visited it was not good. The Dosa seems to be already prepared 2 to 3 hours before and served after just microven heated. Cake is good .

Nice place for Cakes and Indian Chaats. Cakes are fresh and really good, much much better than Shoprite etc. Have tried Chola Bhatura and Dosa, both are good. Prices are also very reasonable.
