I just walked out of this place. There was one person taking the order and only one group in front of us that seemed like they had been there for an awfully long time. The server was very slow and I had to wait 20 minutes in line and still got no service. I asked the server if there was anyone else that could take our order and she said no. I could see that there were many other workers that could have taken my order but she still said no. I waited for about another minute and then just left with my family. I left and sat into the car and them went to get a business card from them so I could tell them about this. The same lady then said Ill ask my manager for a business card. I meant why should you have to ask your manager to give someone a business card? She then took about another ten minutes to get her manager and then another couple minutes just to get a business card. They couldnt find a business card so then they handed me a blank receipt with the number on it. The service here was just terrible and I am very disappointed with this today. It really angers me that I have to wait this long just to order some food and then wait longer to get the food. So I just left angrily and went to another place to eat. I am very angered at the service they had today.

Since this is a franchise, the food tends to be pretty consistent with other Panera locations, which is a good thing. However, the particular location is notorious for messing up my order. They leave simple things out all the time at the drive-thru window (e.g. sides, croutons, etc.). It happens so often that I force myself to check every item in the bag before driving on, knowing that there is a good chance of something being wrong. They have always addressed my immediate issue, but seem to do nothing to correct the problem from occurring again, and again, and again. Today, I paid $0.75 for an extra piece of bread (1/4 of the price of an entire loaf). I was literally handed a piece of bread 2 inches long. I spoke to a manager, he gave me a fake smile, another 2 inch piece of bread, and went back to sorting out orders. They honestly just dont care. I really hate coming here, but again, the food is decent.

I am disappointed with my order online...I ordered customized salad there were many extra ingredients I added on the list are missing plus they added white meat in my salad in which I opted out...I came back to show order receipt and the salad to the manager and pointed out my order receipt of missing ingredients plus NO chicken and I told him that I have white meat in my salad in which is not supposed to be in it. He fixed it and unfortunately he did added chicken in my salad in which I did clearly told him in the first place...I didnt know even Ive double checked my salad from the take out box with window on top but because chicken was at the bottom, totally covered up so I didnt see it until I came home to find more chicken in my salad while I mixed it up...I took it out and fed to the stray cats. Ive ordered customized salad online few times with no problems until today...

This place used to be great, and now its awful. The staff tends to be unaware of what is actually in the store when ordering and takes forever to get food ready. Ive waited in line for over 15 minutes behind one car and been told that they have run out of what I ordered once I get to the window. I understand that some things may take a while but a drive through should not take 10 minutes per person. On top of that, a few weeks ago a family member ordered here and was informed after ordering multiple drinks for the family that the store ran out of cup toppers- and then had to cover the drinks using plastic wrap. This store needs to get back on its feet. Until then this is the last time I will come here.

Ive ordered online from this store multiple times now and every time something is missing from the order. Whether it be cookies or the bread bowl or even a sandwich they never fail to screw up an order. Dont order online from this place. Theyll just steal your money. And also employees who are complaining about being short staffed, dont review your own establishment and it shouldnt matter. If you are looking at an order it takes two seconds to make sure that everything is there. Especially when I go in on a day there is no one there eating and I have things missing. I ordered for pickup so getting things prepared ahead of time you would think would be checked before being put in the bag.

had a bad experience, at the Panerai again, I stopped coming here for a year now, but my husband an I werent sure on what to eat, so we decide to give his Panera 1 more try, I told my husband to pick me up a tuna salad sandwich, on his way home from work, so he gets home I open my sand. wrapper and I got a turket, bacon avocado sand. instead, ahh!! I had to send my him to go a get the right order, I called the manager, dan, and he just apologized, I told him this happened before but I didnt say anything before, anyways, we are done with this place, when my husband got there dan the mgr, wasnt even there, they just handing him my tuna sand.

I love Panera bread but this one is absolutely awful . Every time I order there something is always wrong . This is the only Panera that I have ever had a problem with . When I ordered a chicken Caesar sandwich with no tomato or onion it not only had tomato and onion on it but also had no dressing whatsoever . This is not the first time that they messed that order up. Last night I got a chai tea latte and I asked for no foam not only didnt have a bunch of foam but the cup was only halfway full. Their workers need to learn to pay attention and do their job right.

Just went to this panera like 20 mins ago. I got a chicken cesar sandwich, the sandwich didnt even have any cesar dressing on it. It was basically a chicken, tomato and lettuce sandwhich. Very disappointing, I also got a iced carmel latte. I dont think there was actually any coffee in it, it tasted like it was straight milk with some carmel sauce that just sat at the bottom of the cup. This place is terrible, the employees look miserable and they do a crappy job. Will not be returning to this location.... ever.

Wow. At least theyre consistent at something... being the WORST drive thru anywhere! I dont go often, mostly because they always forget something in my order, so after a year away, I went today. Huge disappointment! Again, forgot croutons for tomato soup and gave me bread instead of chips! This place sucks and I wont be spending $10 on crappy lunches anymore. Regular grilled cheese is disgusting, fontina grilled cheese was awesome but of course they dropped it from the menu. Goodbye Panera~
