Im so upset! I read they were closed at 7pm tonight (Saturday) . I even called and told them we were coming by and would be making it in around 657pm bc we are not from around here and got lost on the way there. I arrived at 655p. And they were closed! !!! I could see them through the door. I knocked and noone came to the door! At 701p they decide to come to the door and they said they closed at 7. I told them I knew that , that igot there at 655p and that on top of that I called and said I would be there at 657p. They said they were closed and turned around and left the front entrance. Extremely upset at their customer service and upset I couldnt have a cake for my baby sister bc every other bakery is already closed.

Minos called to say they could not, and would not, fulfill our order - on the day of our big event. No reason given, no attempt to accommodate us, and they would not even let us speak to the manager or owner. Never had such poor "service" in my life. They will not receive a dimes worth of our business - or that of our extended familys - again.

I have been a customer of Minos for almost 30 years. The family that owns the bakery is wonderful. Their products are fantastic! The cakes are moist and decorated beautifully! If you are in need of any baked goods, even with short notice, Minos is the place to go to get your products!

1st time there on Sat June 3rd, the staff was AMAZING sweet. They have great prices too. Got two dozen rolls & a couple of cookies which everyone gobbled right up. One happy girl right here! I highly recommend this little shop :)

Girls didnt know what anything was. Nothing was labeled. Cheesecake I got was old. The brownie tasted like flavorless muck. Never again
