We had past by on our way back from trying on wedding dresses. We were so excited because this is the initial stages of my best friends wedding preparation. And this very well could have been a cute dessert option for the reception. However that was shot down by the unnecessary lack of customer service we received. We were the only 2 people in the store and the 2 employees seem to not have a care. When the one young lady finally spoke to us it was simply a are you ready statement. No, how are you, what can I help you with, is this your first visit. I dont know, maybe were asking for too much. What I do know, they wont get our business again.

About the service: We came in 20 minutes before its close. No staffs seemed to care about us, we struggled ourselves to figure out how much a cupcake is and what discount they have. An old lady finally came up and asked kinda rudely to us. About the cupcakes: its a bit too sweet for me, and my bf said it has too much frosting. The good thing about it is its moist. Still they are pricy for their quality. Georgetown Cupcakes has the same price but with way better tasting and good looking cupcakes.

Two problems: the employees and the prices. I went today got 2 dozen mini cupcakes, which was about $40 bucks. Way too pricey for the quality. They are good cupcakes but I think the price could be dropped some. Also, the girl who was working was very very RUDE. No greeting and not helpful one bit. If I were the store owner, I would take another look at who is working for me. Im not the only review who has mentioned this about the girls working there.

The place is absolutely beautiful but the cupcakes are extremely overpriced ($2.95 ea or $15.00 half dozen). They are average size with a little too much icing and the icing was too sweet for me. I couldnt even eat with the icing bc it was making me nauseous and as I seen on other reviews other people also think they were too sweet. Maybe its time for a new recipe ?

Great experience. Everything smelled so good that I opted for the minis. I fell in love with the peanut butter and strawberry shortcake. The mint and chip was great too. I would prefer some mint flavored chocolate chips on the top so the mint and chocolate flavors maintain balance. Other than that I have no complaints

It is a very nice cupcake shop. Owner and staff are kind. However, I noticed that there was little cake and more icing. Another thing I found to be a bit peculiar was that when my mom ate one of their sugar-free cupcakes, her blood sugar level rose up to 300+. Also, I found the vegan cupcake to be unusually sweet.

I went tonight with my wife and kids for the 1st time ever, cause everyone raves about you guys. But the thing they forgot to tell me was that you have to deal with a bitchy attitude. Turns out that you have to know what you want, so you dont have to deal the attitude, roling of the eyes, and crappy service.

Told to order 2 days in advance. Waited till then....told them I will be picking them up around between a certain time. Got there in that certain time and....... not ready, hurry hurry, icing slid off most and they were for a bridal shower. Thank you!!!!

WAY WAY WAY TOO SWEET honestly I couldnt finish it and threw out the icing that I spent $3 a cupcake on. -_- Never will I go back. My chocolate espresso cupcake apparently won cupcake wars. It was so disgusting ive lost all respect for the show.
